Horrible place! Bought a sweater for a gift and was aware of the policy of returns. Exchanges needed to be done within 24 hours. Literally had the jacket and receipt to exchange for a bigger size and they denied it and said "the jacket smelled like perfume." Wth! Come up with a better excuse. Please DO NOT SHOP HERE!
