“Second best Forever 21 in San Diego. My fave is the one in Fashion valley mall it has two stories but this one is nice as well. This location is inside of plaza Bonita mall. It is on the upper level right next to the escalator. It is a pretty decent size shop with a dressing room. They had a lot of sales throughout the year. You can get an outfit from heads to toes, they sale all sorts of clothes and accessories. They offer a lot of sizes from XXS to plus sizes. I've always encounter great customer service here and they are pretty quick to check you out too.”

“In my often futile effort to keep my teenage daughter happy, I've been ordering items from this clothing chain online as well as for immediate pickup in-store. While their online experience kinda sucks, with unclear email notifications and incorrect inventory lists, my in-store experience has been great! The staff at this location are on their game! They fulfill in-store pickup orders blazingly fast and mark them accordingly so I get the crappy notifications from their website that something happened with my orders. When I have to call to confirm, because those crappy emails aren't clear which items are ready, the staff answers the phone promptly, politely and know exactly what I'm asking about so I don't feel like a complete idiot for calling. My visits to this store have also gone well. The staff have been helpful locating in-store items I could not order online, despite the crappy search capabilities of their systems. additionally, the staff I interacted with have been friendly (not stalker-like; following me all over the store) and are quick to check inventory and open the dressing rooms for my daughter to try items. I wish shopping with my teens was always this simple. This store and their staff make it a pleasant experience for my family. Thanks!”

They have clubbing attire which I don't have much of a need for anymore. But I will find cute workout tops or casual tops for a steal of a deal. “Great location for an Old Navy! There's plenty of parking so that's not a problem at all. I came here for Christmas gifts in December and was pleased to find a lot of the items were still in stocked. I was able to get some graphic shirts, fuzzy slippers, and Sherpa style jackets. The total cost was under $150 so that was a deal for me. Service was amazing, the staff were helpful asking if I found everything that I needed-- I'll definitely be back to this location just because it's big.”
