Awesome customer service! Shoutout to Rico, he really knew his stuff and was very professional. He went above and beyond and DOUBLE CHECKED the back room for my size of shoes even though another employee told me they were out of my size. They had them. Good job Rico, keep up the great Service. The employees Are just plain out rude . HORRIBLE costumer service ran by teenagers that can't handle stress and take it out on the customers.

Got my son some Christmas presents BEFORE Black Friday there and they forgot to take the sensor off and now I have to go back to have the sensor removed. I know mistakes happen but not this is very inconvenient for me. The guy that helped me was super helpful , just the guy that rang me up was the one who forgot.
