“Brian and Bubba are tremendous! Found them on Yelp and they delivered! I had a Volvo going in for a smog check and it was failing so I needed a mechanic to diagnose and fix the problem. These guys are super friendly and honest. They ran their diagnostics and found at least one problem that was fixed with a simple remedy (new gas cap). Then they had me run through some exercises with car before making sure the car was ready for the smog test. 20 mins later went to a smog station and it passed! Thanks guys! “Honestly this oil changers shop deserves more than 5 stars. First off, the staffs are professional, knowledgeable and very patient. I was informed of my vehicle's fluid, air filter, and they even checked the air pressures on my vehicle. I received a full synthetic oil. These guys are 100% professional service!!!”

“I crossed the border by mistake at midnight, and got lost in Mexico, hit the curb on the highway, two of the tires along with the front suspension completely busted, Mexican highway patrol came and paid him $300 violation and $100 to tow my car to the border, tried to get a used tire but it costs $90 dollars each, luckily found this shop in San ysidro, $215 for two brand new tires installedBut I still need to get the front suspension replaced!I spent over $1000 dollars and two days for the mistake that I made!”

“Okay.This place is so great. I needed to get a smog quickly.The lady who answered the phone was nice, informative, and to the point. After the phone call I drove right over and was seen right away, like they said they would. Not some, 'sure come over and we'll see you', then im waiting for 30 mins to be seen - which seems to be the model most people choose these days. This place did what they said they would do. It's odd that this means so much, but it's something that does matter. I was getting ready for vacation and had to squeeze this appointment in, and for them to actually see me right away when they said they could means a lot.The cost of service was very affordable, and the appointment was as long as they said it would be, if not a tad shorter. They also were able to digitally send my info to the DMV.Overall, I'll be back for my next smog and will definitely recommend these people 10 out of 10 times!”

“This review is for the Toyota of El Cajon parts department.I had a decent experience purchasing a part from Toyota of El Cajon. I needed to replace the seatbelt receiver in my Tundra. I found the part on various websites prior to looking at a dealership. Toyota of El El Cajon is near my work place so I checked them. Surprisingly, they were the same price or cheaper than any site and without shipping costs.I easily found and paid for the part on Toyota of El Cajon website I received a confirmation e-mail. The confirmation wasn't quite clear if the part was in stock or not so I stopped by after work. The part was not in stock, but the dude behind the counter told me it would be ready any time after the 9:00 AM on the following day (Saturday). He said I would receive an e-mail when it was ready for pick up. Around 10:00 the next morning I had not yet received an e-mail so I called. My part was indeed ready for pick up. I drove over, he handed my part to me and I was good to go. At 10:44 AM I finally received the e-mail letting me know that my part was ready for pick up. LOL!Overall good experience. Not perfect, but good. Friendly service. On Sunday I removed the seat from said Tundra, installed the new receiver and re-installed the seat. My Seahawks were down 7-0 when I started. They were losing 14-0 when I finished. The game ended 37-3 in favor of the Ravens.Saturday was way better than Sunday!”
