He was extremely patience with me as I was trying to pull up which QR code was for which package! “Yvonne fought hard for me to get a discount after Uhaul failed to provide me with the truck I reserved 6 months before I moved. After finding out I wouldn’t have the truck I reserved but a much smaller one, I panicked. If it wasn’t for Yvonne I wouldn’t have found another truck or trailer to complete my move from California to the East coast. Because of her I got not only a second truck but she also got me a $1000 discount. Even right now she is asking for even further discounts because of the added price of gasoline to drive across country and the lack of the proper size truck that I reserved.”

My only issue is how hot it is in the store. If it’s too hot for me to just be standing inside, especially on a hot day, it’s certainly too warm for the employees who have to lift boxes and help customers all day. Please fix the air conditioning to make it more comfortable for customers and employees to visit the store.”
“The Mail Station is a small shop that does big things...printing, faxing, mailing, boxing items for shipping, and a notary public. They also have mail boxes to rent, as well. The staff of Lancelot, Dulce and Chris are super friendly and certainly know what they're doing. Their work speaks for itself. Even though it is in Hillcrest, there is parking available in the back of the shop, as well as metered parking along Washington Street. Highly recommended.”
“Ive been recieving my mail with a box rental at this location for 5 years, enjoying 24 hour access, text notifications, and secure mail recieving. I often order Chinese electronics for electrical hobby purposes and its not unusual for a claim to made that my package was "left on the porch" or other claims. I eliminate not knowing if this is true or not and have a way to disprove statements that it was delivered. Mail is never "left" unattended and someone receives and signs for every piece of mail. My disputes are always won and refunds are sent. I have utilized their shipping, their printing, computer use and have always found them helpful and professional. There is no better place to find so many services professionally and friendly in the area. Ive never had a piece of mail lost and any need to document the reciept or non-reciept of a piece of mail is quick and easy. Every piece of mail is signed for. No porch pirates, no packages left anywhere they could be gone. Know what your facts are when you say it never arrived, and be able to prove it.”

They were patient with me while the document I needed to print downloaded. They pretty much did troubleshooting with me so we could the pdf to the stores email for printing. I appreciate their time and support. Weslee, Cesar and Lauren were amazing!! Keep up the hardwork”

“If you need a business mailbox, these guys are amazing. I live in two other places and this store does an excellent job of forwarding my mail on a regular basis. If something arrives that's out of the ordinary, they always email to let me know what it is (like a large package) to see if I want it forwarded as well. Their personal touch goes WAY above and beyond. I used to have to rent PMB's all over the country for another company I worked for, and I never got this kind of service from other postal centers. These owners really understand what's truly important when you run a business!”

My mother, married for 40 years who sailed regularly with him, was having a very hard time emotionally. Marcelo was kind, compassionate, and tactful in helping my mother sign these docs. He explained everything well and even offered her a hug. To the store manager, this is a great employee who cares about his work and the people he's helping here. Thanks again, Marcelo.”

Above and beyond, they did an amazing job helping me with packing and shipping when I unexpectedly had to ship my uncle's art collection and personal items across the country. I had no clue what I was doing, and the staff including Raina and the Manager Omar were patient, so kind and innovative in coming up with solutions for packing awkward or heavy items and working with me to help keep the costs down. They made it easy on me, even though I knew it was a ton of work for them to package everything and get it shipped out. So impressed and thankful for their help!”
