Walgreens is a great local pharmacy and shop. The store is very neat, clean, and well-organized. Staff are very nice, quick, and provide excellent customer service that is always prompt and helpful. Employees often go above and beyond, taking time to help customers find items, compare prices, and ensure they get exactly what they need. The pharmacy is excellent, quickly filling prescriptions and handling transfers timely. They are known for working to find medication discounts. While the pharmacy can sometimes use more help, waits are never longer than necessary. This warm and attentive service turns routine shopping into an elevated experience. Customers report being extremely impressed and state they will definitely return.
Cashier at front was helpful and directed me to the pharmacy but the doctor in the pharmacy barely talked on call and when I asked for a second so I can communicate to the recipient needing the medication and he hung up

Although Kaizer messed up and sent my infants prescription to SACRAMENTO, instead of Napa, their team stayed after hours to ensure she got what she needed. A warm moment that deserves recognition.

Terribly chaotic, poor customer service and they're incredibly disorganized. Go somewhere else at all cost if you can. Been coming here for 7 years, same neds and they used to be great years ago but it's horrible
