“Great pharmacy. Incredibly helpful staff and good hours. The lines are never long and the computerized ordering works well. The drive up window is great too. Both the pharmacist and pharmacy techs are very helpful in answering questions and getting prescriptions in a timely way.”

“I have so much appreciation for the manager and staff of this Raley's!! I came in today to buy a few things and once I got to the self checkout line I had realized I didn't have my wallet. I had just been in Home Depot right next door so I ran back thinking I left it there. No luck. My husband and I checked all thru the parking lot for at least 15 minutes and found nothing. I was left crying and scared. This wallet had all my credit cards and ID. We checked back in raleys and were directed to the manager who saw me crying and asked if I lost my wallet. She was so so sweet and gave me a hug. She handed me back my wallet and said that a man collecting the carts had given it to her. There are truly good people out there. I wish I had gotten the managers name because she truly was an angel to me.”

“They are very nice and professional I started with them after my old pharmacy closed. I tried a couple before Safeway and am pleasantly surprised how good they are.”

“First off, one of the best CVS I've ever been to. Well stock items in the front store ..friendly and helpful staff. I love the self check out. As for the Pharmacy...I need to give a shout-out to Dr. Suleiman Jangikhan for his hard work and for the amazing team he has. I've been going to this Pharmacy since I've been staying in Yountville, CA for at least a year now. No matter how crazy it gets with the phone calls, drive thru and long lines...Dr. Jangilhan (Pharmacy Manager) and his team of technicians have always managed to help everyone in line with the professionalism and couteous service. Recently, my family and I were able to get our booster shots and flu vaccine since we registered online. (Easy process) Suleiman took the time to explain everything and when he gave the injections it was not painful. I've met Anne, Michelle and I feel horrible because there are two amazing women in the back that are always helpful but I have not been able to get their names. (Both may be Filipina) I usually go to the drive thru when they are helping me. In the past, I have witnessed customers being rude and making hurtful comments to the staff here. It's disheartening because every single person there works so hard. I just feel that some folks are treating the Pharmacy as if it's a drive-thru burger joint...they want fast service, screaming about insurance Co-pays...it goes on. People tend to forget that these health professionals are making sure our medication is correct and there's no room for errors. Thank you Dr. Jangilhan and your team of Pharmacists and Technicians that are keeping all of us in the community safe and health. Excellent Service!!”

“Clinic Ole has its own onsite pharmacy- in a sense it rivals the nearby Kaiser. It's convenient, and once your doctor has placed an order, pickup is relatively easy. The prices are comparable to Kaiser. In fact, the medication I got was superior- in terms of effectiveness&dosage size- to what I was getting at Kaiser. They not only go for affordability, but quality. Unfortunately, their waiting area is tiny- nothing to read, it gets crowded quickly, and the pharmacy itself seemed understaffed with only 3 people. Still, I had quality service&product, and better than what I had been getting at Kaiser. It's no wonder Clinic Ole is planning on facility expansion. A good little place.”

“Jeremy is awesome. Had the inhalers on the counter just like he said. He was genuinely happy to help too. Give this man a raise. I'll be coming back here for now on to get my inhalers. See you next time brother”

“The Walgreens pharmacy in Napa was excellent. They quickly picked up the phone when an emergency supply of medicine was needed for my mom. They had the prescription transferred and filled timely. They even worked to find out how to get a discount for the medication. Great customer service. I work in healthcare and I am extremely impressed. Thank you”

“My experience tells me CVS is the most EXPENSIVE chain pharmacy/over-the-counter (OTC) med store that I have shopped at in Napa. Walmart is the CHEAPEST priced pharmacy/OTC med store. However, CVS' high level of customer service & parking convenience is far superior in comparison to Walmart. But, CVS has a very good Rewards Program that offers members special pricing discounts on occasions. Walmart DOESN'T have a rewards program, AT ALL.So, this is how I decide when to buy at CVS & Walmart. After many bad experiences buying my prescription medications from Walmart, I decided to purchase 100% of my prescription meds from CVS. With my drug insurance, I found the prices were closely similar & CVS' pharmacy offered superior/reliable customer service than Walmart. When I need OTC meds, if I can buy this item equally or even slightly higher than Walmart, by using CVS' Rewards dollars or discount offers, I WILL buy my OTC med at CVS. If I have NO Rewards dollars/discount offers from CVS available to me, I WILL NOT buy my OTC med at CVS. Instead, I will buy my OTC med at Walmart. CVS' Rewards Program is the SINGLE FACTOR that makes buying OTC meds from CVS competitive with Walmart's daily low price. In summary, CVS' pharmacy offers reliable & superior customer service than Walmart. So look to see if CVS pharmacy will work for you. Also, join CVS' Rewards Program & use it to offset CVS high OTC meds. If you CAN'T buy CVS OTC meds at a DISCOUNTED price, go directly to Walmart & purchase your OTC meds from Walmart.”

“Although Kaizer messed up and sent my infants prescription to SACRAMENTO, instead of Napa, their team stayed after hours to ensure she got what she needed. A warm moment that deserves recognition.”
