“Called for a repair, I had a previously quoted estimate from a complimentary inspection the previous owner of my vehicle had done, I was told I could come in same day and drop off my car. Joe ordered my part as I headed over. I was told I would pick up at closing (5pm) but instead they finished my repair by 2pm! Overall great customer service, worth the 20 minute drive from my town, which also has a Les Schwab but not as accommodating as Napa’s crew! The team in Napa makes it worth it!
