“Had a flat tire so I took it to B&G to get it fixed. Enrique showed me where the hole was, on the sidewall so it could not be patched. I bought 2 new tires and was extremely pleased with the price of both and the service. There is a nice parking lot with disabled spots close to the front doors. There is an adequate seating area with benches. Be prepared for the overwhelming smell of rubber in the waiting area. I will always go back to B&G for tires and brake work.”

“I was parking my car in the yard of my company's yard we're all our commercial vehicles are at located I'm coming to work real early so I park my car in the back where it's protected with the gate due to local thieves stealing Cadillac converters etc so I guess when I was driving through the yard through a unpaved road I must have got a nail in my back tire well I noticed it when I was in my garage parked sitting down on the side of my car in the chair in my car was still full of air didn't have a leak so I waited a couple days and then went over to LA Raza tire shop and got my tire patched up for 20 bucks quick fast and easy haven't had an issue haven't had a leak haven't had to replace the new tire that it was already a new set of tires that have bought for the car good place quick and easy I recommend anyone to get used tires or new tires in this place honest good people no matter what race or what you are and treat you with care and respect and treat your car with the respect and care”

“I took my car in for a check engine light and rough idle. John checked the code while I was there, and said he'd call. I Googled the code and saw it could be a dozen different problems. John scoped the engine, checked compression and started with the obvious fixes. He called to brief me and authorize his plan. He fixed the problem, didn't sell me anything he (or I) didn't need, and scoped the engine again to verify his fix. His price was fair, he worked promptly and communicated well. I was both pleased and satisfied with his work.”

“the check engine light on my truck came on while I was driving it, so I took it to this shop to have them check where the problem was. it was the catalytic converter fault . they ordered the converters and waited for at least couple of weeks for the replacement to come in since it's coming from the maker of the vehicle. It was installed and very satisfied for their professional job. I'll be going back to this shop if I get problem with my vehicle. The people there were friendly and highly recommend this shop . “Can't say enough to thank Cesar for providing us emergency tire service the day after Thanksgiving. We made the mistake of parking in the Ferry Terminal Garage over the holiday and our car was vandalized, as so many others have been. Two flat tires with the valve cores removed just for spite, we suppose, and three other cars nearby similarly disabled. AAA refused to send a truck to that area and it was getting toward dusk. We contacted Robert at Master Roadside & Handyman and he managed to get us over to Express Tires, where Cesar was ready and waiting for us in the driveway. He had both tires repaired and filled within minutes. The two of them saved the day ! The compensation he requested was much less than he deserved, and we are honored to have met such a kind person when we really needed one. Highly recommended without hesitation.”

“Costco is amazing. We purchased an LG refrigerator on line, it was delivered within 2 days. The delivery team unpacked it, installed it beautifully in a tight spot in our kitchen and removed the old refrigerator within a very short time. They were so efficient, knowledgeable and courteous! Two and a half months have gone by and the LG refrigerator has not performed well, first the ice maker didn't work, then the water dispenser leaked and then the entire fridge stopped cooling. I tried to work with LG directly, but it was not a satisfactory response. I contacted Costco Customer Service and they were awesome!!!!! I have authorization to return the fridge to Costco and have a pick up scheduled for 3 days from now. Since I didn't want a straight across exchange for a new LG, I left it as a straight return. And of course I went on line and ordered another refrigerator from Costco.com, not an LG this time.I will forever be a fan and customer of Costo, they stand by their products and make it right every time with NO HASSLE,Thank you Costco!”

“While we were on a road trip from the Midwest last summer, we took our rental car to Wheel Works in Vallejo California when one of the car's tires began repeatedly leaking air. The Service Manager, Roberto Alvarez, was incredibly helpful. After determining that the tread on all four tires was dangerously low, Roberto persistently worked with the rental car company to get approval for the tires to be replaced. And he then worked very hard to have them replaced as quickly as possible so we could be on our way for the remainder of our trip.
