Rooms were good, lounge was nice with decent snacks but overall staff was terrible. No one seemed to care and not helpful at all. For being in such a luxury tourist area you would expect better

Not sure what is happening at this hotel, but I have never dealt with such bad attitude from so many employees. It's like they're mad for being at work. Not very approachable, terse. I don't need to come back here again.
