“We had this on our radar during our recent vacation. At our Lasseter wine tasting a cured meat from here was paired and cemented Fatted Calf as a must do. It did not disappoint. I could go on and on about the flavorful steaks, tasty cured meats, perfectly spiced chorizo and other items we purchased on our way out to Yosemite, but I would be truly remiss if I didn't rave about the phenomenal front counter servers. The server that helped us was so passionate about the butcher selections and his recommendations were spot on and so satisfying. Thanks for such a great experience. It was worth packing our insulated bags to take our goods to part II of our vacation. They even kept our items in the fridge until we were ready to leave and recognized us as soon as we walked back in.”
