“I was very stressed with the car breaking down out of town and it having been left overnight in an unknown area and it was a weekend and raining so I was doing a Google search for tow company’s open on a Saturday afternoon/ evening after reading several with negative reviews I worked my way down to Blackhawk Towing and the reviews made my mind up So I called to get a quote and see if they would even do it I got ahold of Christian and he said he could do it but could he call me back in a half hour because he was in the middle of a tow at the time so I said sure and he called back when he said he would he was very clear with his questions and answers and we set a time to meet To which he was there right on time if not a little bit sooner which was great He was able to load the car without any problems and we set off to take the car home Where he was able to get the car into the carport which I had worried about Christian was a great comfort on such a stressful situation and he was able to charge me less than the quote because it didn’t take as long as the estimate was for and on top of everything else that really helped the stressful situation of getting the car home I totally recommend Blackhawk Towing I don’t know any of the other drivers so no disrespect but I would tell you to ask for Christian if you need a Tow a definite two thumbs up ???? “Absolutely the best and kindest people I've ever met. I was having a very hard time finding a place that would work on my car and once I got on call with the owner, Tod, he told me to just bring it in the next day. It was truly such a relief that he actually took in my car. Once I brought it in they told me about what could possibly be happening to my car and gave me an estimate. I was shocked by how cheap the estimate was after hearing from other body places that it would probably be too costly and take too much time. I dropped it off for the day and came back ready to pay the estimate and they told me it was not a big deal and that it was free. I could not believe it. I am super thankful for Tod and his team for at least taking a look at my car after so many different places shut me down. Can't wait to come back for a check up”

“I had a 2004 volvo convertible that the dealership said it needed a new top motor, which they did not have. I got a used motor and took it to Joe and asked him if he could install it. He looked at the top and explained to me that the top did not need a new motor just a fold adjustment and some top conditioner. He charged nothing. He is honest, straight forward and someone I will only use in the future.”

The gentleman at Napa Auto was great and figured out how to open the key (wasn’t obvious) and put in a new battery. Unusually helpful for a technical dunce like me.”

“Yesterday, I picked up my car after Ron Pippert and his team had been working on it for weeks. It looks BETTER THAN NEW!! They did a fabulous job with my car that had been so badly damaged in an accident that my insurance company (State Farm) immediately told me that they would total my car. My car is 7 years old but it only has 17, 987 miles on it and it really did look brand new. The insurance company decided to total my car without ever having looked at it based solely on the age of the car. Ron, who is the owner of this business, personally went to bat for me with the insurance company and got them to agree to pay to have the car fixed, thus saving me about 10-12 thousand dollars (if I had been forced to purchase another, comparable car.)
