“Had a good experience. This was my first time walking into a spectrum store. I went in to pick up my modem that I had ordered online. They had this little iPad where you register your name on the wait list to be called. There will be a screen that shows you when you'll be called. The service was fast for everyone because I went from being #9 to being next within 15 minutes.”

I made an agreement with my wife and son: In my home, I will use Spectrum's network, and others will use other network companies' networks. But suddenly one day, the son brought a worker into the house and claimed that he wanted to install the network. I thought he would act in accordance with our agreement, but installing two networks at the same time was inoperable, so my spectrum network was terminated by my son, and my spectrum mobile phone number also terminated the network connection. Later, I found this store and asked to continue paying the monthly network fee to keep the use of my mobile phone number. Why do I have to keep the spectrum network? “I just left cell service with Verizon after many years and am happily now using Spectrum. With the help of Danielle, I switched 2 phones to unlimited plans with Spectrum. The cost saving from Verizon's inflated price structure was significant!
