“I’m starting to take my sr huskies here. The personnel has been great, service is nice and easy to use the app they have to track your furry babies records. Hope the good experience continues. My ladies are starting to have health conditions regularly so it’s been hard finding a place where you feel comfortable asking drs about everything that you can do to help. Drs have answered all my questions so far in our visits.”

The entire staff is friendly and gentle with my pet. The doctors and aides are well trained. experienced and compassionate. 10 stars”

“All around good experience wth the DR. and staff. We had to bring in my sons cat and found it it had feline cancer so not the best but they treat him with respect and my son with empathy. They waived the appointment few which they didn't need to but was very generous. We will always come back after this experience, its rare to find a caring place.”
“Dr. Armstrong and the whole team has been wonderful with my fur baby. He was a shelter pet with some issues but a very good boy. He does not like going to the vet but I know the team always welcomes him with joy and he leaves a happy boy.”
“This is my 2nd fur baby I’ve brought to Dr V. He always greets you by name as does his staff. I know they are so busy with other dogs reproduction services but I just needed ordinary services. When my previous baby had to be put to sleep, staff was so considerate. Gave me a lock of her hair, a foot print and even a stuffed baby. I was so heart broken but they gave me all the time I needed to spend with her to say goodbye. Staff always recognizes you when you call and when you arrive. They are always super busy but still take all the time needed to answer all your questions.”
“Took my cat in for some blood work and an exam. The office smelled good and was very clean. Dr. Ishikane did a great job with my cat and was very knowledgeable of my cats condition which was a relief. Cheyenne was my room nurse, she was so kind and helpful as well. Ashley, a technician there, referred me and it was a very great experience for me and my cat. Sarah and the other woman working at the front were amazing too. Thank you to the whole team! Will definitely be coming back in the future.”

“If I could give this facility a 100 million stars I would. We brought our boy Tater here for an emergency and they took us immediately and as devastated as we were, they showed us patience, compassion and support. They were transparent with his condition and with a tough decision, our boy passed the rainbow bridge that night and the staff gave us our privacy with our boy. I can’t thank everyone there enough who gave us the strength to say bye to our fur baby and they even sent our family a condolences card. There is no facility like this one, who goes out of there way to send such a heartfelt card and thinks of other families during hard times. Bless everyone at that facility . Thank you for loving our baby during that time.”

“Wonderful experience here - Our doggo Emma Rose was suddenly not able to use her hind legs - she was wobbly, weak, lethargic and getting worse quickly. Very scary. Murrieta Oaks got us in right away and without any emergency fee AND applied a $25 first time visit credit and that’s only the beginning!! Dr. Jeff Schmidt diagnosed her with such ease and without putting her thru anything more. I am soooo grateful and impressed - Emma is a happy 7y/o puppy again and she now has her very own PCP Dr. Jeff!! ? ??? ? THANK YOU MURRIETA OAKS!!”
