“Without going into a long story on how many time this man showed us his kindness that night. Joe helped us when we were stranded on the side of the road with a 30 ft trailer in tow. He offered to help my husband move our vehicle to a safer spot and even took a look at our truck, which had been having issues after some recent upgrade work done by a local shop. That shop kept failing to fix the problem they caused, but Joe mentioned he had his own shop and could help.
When he heard we were about to leave for a family trip, Joe took his personal time to find the issue and fix it so we could safely get back on the road. He truly is a blessing, and it’s refreshing to see that genuine, kind-hearted people still exist.
Since then, we’ve gone back multiple times for service whether it’s maintenance, upgrades, or repairs and Joe and the entire family continue to impress us every single visit.
Their customer service goes above and beyond. They’ve helped us so many times, always making sure our family’s towing vehicle was ready so we could enjoy our vacation plans without stress. It’s rare to find a place that treats you like family, but that’s exactly what they do.

Quick update: I recently got a significant update on my ID.4 , more than a day of work so I was a bit concerned. My advisor, Travis Benedict, was a pleasure to work with, made sure everything was done and did a quick inspection with me to ensure satisfaction. I have to say the service team is on the ball and made a long experience a pleasant one. Maybe I should consider an ID.7?
2025 Update: I was skeptical but went in to check some end of the year deals and ended up getting a new ID.4 Jace Campbell was the rep I worked with and he was a pleasure I actually can't believe I ended up getting a new vehicle. Also Kudos to Adrian in finance also, they gave me a great experience with the dealership and I cannot thank both of these gentlemen enough.”
“My brake lights went out! everything else was working fine.. I had spend the day before, around 6 hrs. Trying to figure this out on my own. I try to work on my vehicles as much as I can to my ability. But this was really out of my league. Juan at Esco’s was working on a vehicle when i arrived. I told him all I did and when it happened.
