“Issak was super helpful in answering my questions and giving me lots of time to check out the vehicle and test drive. The financing and paperwork was fast and easy. Only gripe about my experience is every car on the lot has a $1,000 GPS/Theft Tracker device installed and some door bumpers ($300) already installed and cant be removed so the price is really $1300 more than advertised. All modern BMW's already have GPS tracking built in so you end up paying a $1,000 for something the car provides from the factory through the my BMW App. I get it, they need to make money but no one mentioned this until I sat down to make the final purchase. They need to be more up front with this information.”

116 Railway Ave, Campbell“RoadSport is to be considered a relic nowadays. This family-owned premium dealership has now become a must "pit-stop" on my way to San Francisco, thanks to Clint, Michele and Bernard.
I flew in from Los Angeles to take a look at a discontinued model I had been searching for the past few months and I found it at RoadSport. Upon arrival, I was pleased to see how immaculate and organized the dealership was. I was received by Bernard, whom I had spoken on the phone days before. Bernard was equally helpful in assisting me make the decision to fly into SF to take a look at this car. I was unsure whether to make this commitment, so I asked him to text me pictures of the model, both of the exterior and interior, and he did it with expediency and good will.
As I walked through the garage, the car was waiting for me in pristine condition--washed, detailed, shining.
I was taking a look at the car when I was greeted by Michele and Clint and was gently offered a coffee and a water, which I would accept after the test-drive.
I appreciate the way Bernard took me out to test drive the car. Usually dealerships will allow you to drive several blocks-worth of distance to see if you like the car, which doesn't necessarily allow you to get a feel for the performance. Instead, Bernard allowed to me drive around the small town of Campbell, and equally take it out onto the highway, where I would naturally discover whether the car had potential or not. And it did. And I loved it.
The rest is history. We came back to home base and started negotiating the car. While Bernard took care of the paperwork, Michele was kind to stay with me and talk to me about everything, really--food, travels, friendships.
The difference for me about this day was that I assumed I was going to simply "go look at a car" when I boarded the plane as I left LA. To my surprise, not only did I leave with the car I so much desired, but I equally left with the feeling that I had made new friends and I was welcomed into their home.
Most do not have the means to buy the car of their dreams, much less fly out of the homes to then "maybe" buy a car. What makes RoadSport a worthwhile visit, aside from their premium inventory, is their ability to connect with you and treat you like a friend. In my humble opinion, in a world where we are technologically advanced and capable of communicating instantly with anyone in the world, it does not immediately guarantee human connection.

“I purchased a somewhat rare car from Dino and he made it incredibly easy. This particular spec (BMW 535i with a 6-speed) is very hard to find, even nationwide. Dino had a very clean one at a good price. The only problem is that I live several hours away. I called Dino to chat about the car, and could immediately tell he was an automotive enthusiast. We chatted about cars in general and then this specific one, and I just really enjoyed our conversation. Dino is very friendly and I felt comfortable asking all my questions. Because I could not physically see the car beforehand, he sent me a video of it running and the Carfax (which was very clean). We agreed on a price and he helped arrange shipping to me. Dino gave me updates on exactly when the car was picked up and when it was to be delivered. The car arrived in pristine condition, exactly as he had described. I still took the car to a local shop to have it looked at (as I do with all of my vehicles), and they noted how clean the car was. There is a small oil leak/seepage from one of the gaskets, but Dino worked with me to get this resolved. Overall I am incredibly happy and appreciative that Dino was so responsive throughout the whole process. It can be difficult to buy a car remotely, but I would absolutely do it again here. I told him to keep an eye out for our family's next car, and would happily buy from him again.”

Long story short, I didn't find anything remotely close to the lexus in mileage or price. I told him of the situation with the sensor and he took off the price for getting it repaired. “Had an emergency. The mechanic working on my Mercedes E550 ran into an unexpected problem that required machining on the engine block, but unfortunately he did not have the equipment to do that type of work. Found Bosch on Yelp and called to see if they did that type of work and could then finish the original job. Talked to Matt and explained the situation. He asked if I could send him a photo for his mechanic to look over before giving me a quote. I took the pics and sent them via text. He called me back a short while later with a quote and I explained I really needed the car and how long would it be until he could take it in. He agreed to take it right away. I called AAA and had it towed to him. This was Tuesday afternoon and I wasn't expecting the work to be completed until at least Thursday. He called me again late Tuesday and explained that there really was one other part involved that his mechanic recommended replacing. He fully explained the reasons, which made total sense, so I approved it. He said they hoped to have it done by late Wednesday, ahead of my expectations. Sure enough, he texted me Wednesday at about 5, saying it was ready. I got up there immediately. Not only was he nice, friendly and professional, both he and his mechanic took great care with my car and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. My 'baby' is now purring like new again. Their work was excellent. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a repair facility. Highly recommend!”

“A huge shoutout to Nick at RESMO! Today, my daughter and I found ourselves stranded in a parking lot on Old Middlefield with a completely flat tire and no spare (thanks Tesla!). After waiting an hour and a half for a tow truck, and with no end in sight, we were getting desperate as repair centers were closing soon. We noticed RESMO nearby and approached their service desk. Nick immediately listened to our situation and didn't hesitate to help. He walked back with us to our car, equipped with a portable tire pump.
