“My beloved 2014 C250 finally gave out, so I needed a replacement. I had planned to get the same make model and year, but my wife wisely convinced me a newer one would last longer. I decided to try a different brand and settled on a used Audi A4.
I called the Oakland Audi dealer first and confirmed they had one, but when I arrived it wasn't actually in their inventory. Next, I visited Audi San Jose. The car and salesman (Mick) were great, but it lacked the features I wanted: adaptive cruise control and lane assist (there was a 2019 and my feature came out in 2022).
I saw a listing on CarGuru.com and texted to ask about those features. Toan from United Imports called me back and I liked him right away. The car in the listing didn't have the features, but he found a newer model that did within my budget. I couldn't visit immediately because of my kids' sports schedule.
Toan promised to hold it until the end of the month (bonus points for him).
When I finally visited, Toan gave me the keys for a test drive and the car was exactly what I wanted. The pricing was straightforward without any games. We completed the paperwork at his desk in about 30 minutes while I crushed the container of licorice on his desk and my son devoured their popcorn. I drove home in my new (used) car 30 minutes late.
The dealership was clean, the process was simple, and Toan's communication made the experience comfortable. I would definitely buy from him and United Imports again.”

“I want to write a review on my interactions with Dino the owner. Reached out via his online form to inquire about a used Premier Bolt EV. He responded quickly and was transparent about pricing from the get-go. Openly shared that the previous owner had already paid the registration for the year. Gave me a great out the door price through email exchange. After so many horrendous experiences with traditional dealerships not being clear about their pricing, this was a breath of fresh air. I ultimately decided not to buy this bolt because I was looking for a different color. And want to leave a review still for the positive engagement experience.”
