“I have very problematic feet. The owner of the Fleet Feet store in Menlo Park kindly helped me and was fantastic. He really knows his merchandise and spent so much time with me, finding the shoes and insoles that were “just right” for me. He was very patient and kind. You couldn’t ask for better customer service. Their prices are reasonable and Fleet Feet’s return policy can’t be beat as well. I honestly don’t know why anyone would shop anywhere other than Fleet Feet for active wear shoes.”
“Amazing store. You walk in and they are friendly and helpful, do a full scan, run test, sole test, etc all free of charge, let you try on whatever you want with expert guidance, and are super helpful on finding products without being pushy.One saleswoman, Genesis, was particularly amazing. I needed new road-running shoes, and she took me through all the tests, was unbelievably friendly and professional, suggested the shoes I would need and what might be better or worse for me, and pointed out various things about my running style, feet, etc. All super fast and super fun. She then helped me try on all the different shoes she suggested (she can carry five+ boxes at once... wow), and was just the right amount of helpful, stepping away when I needed time to try them out, and coming back (almost psychically) when I wanted advice or had questions. I ended up getting shoes and soles and would easily pay more than what I did for them. I even bought the store membership (I never do this) because of how clearly Genesis made it out to be helpful to me.Overall, wonderful store with a great philosophy, and absolutely one of the best salespeople I've talked to (Genesis). I went on a run afterwards with my new shoes and my half-marathon time went down by a staggering 40 minutes from 2:36 to 1:58.”

“Great selection here. Great customer service. I could not find this location on Yelp so I "created" one This location has awesome sales staff. Jessica is so knowledgeable, personable, helpful and patient. She is also bilingual. Her friendly and kind personality makes it very easy to work with. I'm am very I decisive so it takes me a long time to decide on a shoe. Jessica lets me ponder and checks back with me. She's great at suggesting and is not pushy. There was another gentleman who was also very helpful but I'm so sorry I did not get his name.”

“I was blown away by how awesome these guys are! I came in for a zipper fix on a jacket and they were so kind, efficient, and crazy quick. Plus the jacket was as good as new afterward and exactly what I needed; the shop is also very lovely and easily accessible. I will bring my shoes for repair here and only here from now on (plus other knickknacks like the zipper hopefully), and HIGHLY recommend that you do the same!”
“Mark is awesome! Best customer service! I bought a pair of Hoka, Mark helped me tried couple of sizes at the store and settled down on one. But when I wear it outside for few times, I found it is too big. I called Mark and Mark just said brought it back we will take care of you. When I arrived, Mark have already prepared the invoice and few smaller sizes for me to try on. No question asked, exchange was so smooth, this definitely is the best customer experience I have even had in any store!”
“My favorite store to shop for Pants, shirts, wallets, Stanley Coffee mug. They also have some odd items such as a spoon, fork & knife contraption that is very useful when you need one if you didn’t get any utensils with your food order at some fast food places.

“I was SO lucky enough to get in touch with Alice within this store for the last pair of shoes for my wedding! She was so accommodating, so sweet, and super FAST! She saved the day!!! I waited last minute and realized there was one size left within the whole company and called her right away and she placed the order to me within minutes! If you ever need anything, don’t hesitate to ask for Alice, she is a saint!!*UPDATE 10/12: I just received my shoes from Alice & wow what a thoughtful human she wrote me a hand written card and gave me an extra “something blue” dust bag for my wedding day! If you need hard to find shoe accessories (like crease protectors), then you can find them here. In addition to shoes they sell team logoed hats and Jackets. And the staff is helpful and friendly.”

“This was fun. Blondie and I stopped by to just look around. I'm not in a position to shop here, except for something special perhaps. On the first floor is the cologne/perfume area, and I looked for a Dolce & Gabbana area, which they don't have. When I asked someone, I got attention from three people who were eager for me to try some exclusive brand that NM carries. We started talking about cologne scents like others discuss wine, which was new for me. Do I like citrus, or something a bit astringent? I didn't even know how to answer, but they had plenty of options for me to try. They handed me a glass of champagne, and even offered a second, which I declined. I took a look at the third floor restaurant and bar, because I was more likely to eat there than shop much elsewhere in the store. The menu looked casual impressive. Again, I really enjoy looking around a NM, regardless of whether I get anything.”
