“We had a great experience at public storage in Mountain View, Old Middlefield location. We used a 10x10 for a few years here. We moved out in June 2024. It was always a well maintained, well lit and very clean facility. Manager Parvin was extremely friendly and efficient in helping us take care of our storage needs. He always greeted us with a warm welcome, maybe some friendly chat and was also very helpful when it was finally time to remove our things and close our account due to leaving the area. I would highly recommend him and his location and would definitely return again. 5 stars.”

“I found out this location by search maps nearby storage, also, this place is near highway 101, good location. So I visited the place for my first ever storage rental and decided to rent a unit right away. The place is neatly organized, with the help of the property manager Destiny, I found a perfect unit! I'm very happy!!! If you are new to California or are looking for a good storage place, don't miss this one!”

“There's an App to rent truck or storage unit. We didn't use this location for moving materials or a rental. U-Haul can install a tow hitch on your car/SUV for you. Appointments are readily available, and they take less than an hour to install it. Their installation does not include the electrical wiring to connect the rear lights or brake system on what you're towing. You'll need to find another group to do that work. Full marks for great appointment, availability, polite staff and fast, Service!”
“Easy and relatively fast for my part-day rental.
However there is a Mileage Charge and also need to Refuel or else pay an additional Fuel Charge.
I had a short rental but the roughly $0.80 per mile (and more on larger trucks) exceeded the daily rental charge. Fuel and Mileage Charges were excessive in my view.”
