“I stayed one night at Hyatt Centric Mountain View, and overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were very friendly, and there is a restaurant and bar in the lobby with a happy hour. As a Hyatt Discoverist member or higher, I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary Fuji Water in the room. The room was very clean, with a nice design, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and Stanford Shopping Center is a bit further away, making it very convenient.

Walkability: around 3-5 minutes walking to the supermarket and some of restaurants.”

“The Navy Lodge Moffett is a must stay location in the Bay Area! From the General Manager, Marcy, to the Front Desk staff, Christina and Jimmy, it truly a first class crew. Marcy can be seen early in the morning and late into the evening making sure the lodge is comfortable, clean, and enjoyable. She always has a smile and is a super manager, friendly and kind to the staff. We stayed for two weeks and met a number of the staff members. All happy to be here. It translates to pride in their professions. The property is incredibly clean and tidy! In my decades staying in various Navy Lodges, this lodge is my top recommendation. The cleaning staff are meticulous and helpful. Elke tended to our room and she was very professional, kind, and took pride in her cleaning services. I also want to thank Jeffrey for making my day with a smile and assistance in opening doors when I had my hands full. Thank you for making my stay in the Bay Area feel like home.”

“Everything went smoothly. Our room was super clean, very stylish, and had everything we looked for in a hotel room including a hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, plenty of power outlets, rocking chair, and big screen TV. No marijuana or cigarette smell was a big plus. This is in general a nice quiet boutique hotel. The only cons are that ceilings and walls are made from an uninsulated/not soundproof/cheap material that made me wake up multiple times in the morning while doors were closed or upstairs neighbors were walking.”

“I was so glad I booked this hotel for my family - the location was very central to many places in Mountain View. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the staff extremely friendly and always greeted us, and the breakfast! The breakfast was what really pushed me to book here, and it was fantastic. It's great having a hot breakfast available in the morning, especially when travelling with kids.In-n-Out is only a few minutes drive away and other big stores like Target and Safeway are a few minutes in the other direction. Despite us being on a major road, I felt our room was nice and quiet. We requested housekeeping every other day, and it was fulfilled on time each time. It is so appreciated!Rooms: Amenities were Dove products! I wish more hotels used them. It is the first time after a hotel stay that my hair didn't feel crusty and over dried.Food & drinks: There's something for everyone at breakfast, and I loved the punny signs for each station. The attendant was very on top of refilling and maintaining the space.”

“While my father was a patient at Stanford Medical Center my Mom (81) and I checked in after arriving around 10:30. We were welcomed immediately by the desk clerk, Ray was his name. We were offered a cold bottle of water with a granola bar, all the while he answered our questions and his welcoming smile never left his face. The room was spotless, white covered the beds with not one stain or spot was to be found on either bed. We left the area to return home for business and returned only a few days later. Upon our return we rented a room again for the next four nights. On our checkout day the hospital decided not to release him so they looked for a room for us to stay one more night with them. It was quiet and comfortable just like the previous nights.

Rooms: The room was very clean and absolutely no cigarette smoke in the room could be smelled. We felt safe and comfortable.

Walkability: One of our favorite things about the location was the access to a Safeway store open 24/7 a Target store, and a steak house open til 10:00pm. We will definitely be returning as long as my Dad is in the hospital.”

“The rooms are close to a busy road with little sound isolation. The TV (even though it was turned off) got reset in the middle of the night blasting the welcome screen with full brightness, making me get up.”

“Clean rooms and nice bed. Place is on the older/worn side. "Free breakfast" = a bag with a vending machine danish, small apple, and bottle of juice in it.”

“This pllace was on major roadway & close to hwy 85, but not overly noisy. The 4-story hotel was clean. The lounge area had a pool table, various games, and tall sliding glass doors that open to outdoor seating. Rooms were clean and well maintained with minimalist look.
Sadly, we were not able to have breakfast or drinks at the bar due to the closed kitchen and bar for the week. Staff was friendly.”

“Rooms: Pros
Very comfortable bed.
The room was nicely appointed and also provided with bath and body works toiletries.
Cons
Hard surface floors were dirty (soiled my clean socks) with dusty baseboards. Walls and window blinds soiled at high contact locations.”

“This was a super cute hotel. Great location for a concert at Shoreline. Near a bunch of gas stations, Starbucks, groceries and all the freeway entrances a girl could want. The room we had was quiet and the bed was one of the comfier hotel beds I've stayed in. The rooms might need some updating, but they're clean and comfortable. Check in & out was a breeze. The gate for the underground parking does close at 9pm, but we were able to call the front desk and they opened the gate for us when we got back from our show. We'll definitely be back the next time we need a hotel in the area!”
