I will write my very honest review. For the last 3 years I have gained a lot of weight. Both my workplace and my apartment complex has gym. They are so convenient but I don’t know which muscle group I need to work on, where to start or I don’t feel motivated at all. I have been trying so many ways: diets, intermittent fasting, working out, walking…One day I saw an add says “looking for candidates who wants to lose weight”. I didn’t really understand the concept but decided to try the free trial. Another thing to try… almost losing my hope. Starting a new journey to lose weight…again..Melisa showed me what the system is and I loved loved loved it! Why ?1- this place has a system. If you are a person who doesn’t know what to do when you go to gym, you have to try 9R. It is well balanced full body workout. The space is so small but the system is brilliant!2-It is only 30 min. Once you enter there is almost no time to think. You go with the flow.. and you continue challenging yourself because you can literally see how far you have completed and how much left.3- I have only worked with Melisa and Sumit so far. They are both very positive and they encourage you A LOT. I feel like I am working with personal trainers. They are A-MA-ZING.list could go on.. I will update my result after couple of months. If you have any question, just go and try.

I love this place - love that I can drop in on a whim and that workouts take only 30 mins. It’s everything that I’ve ever needed to start working out more. The coaches are also great and take time to work with you. Overall highly recommend.

Almost a month in and easily one of the best and decisions for my health was to signup. I signed up for a month membership since I am traveling and will look to join my local 9Round when I get home. Some tips to help you decide if you're on the fence 30 minutes of work. If you're feeling it and think you can go into championship rounds you can keep going. Hours are great if you're a working professional. They just extended the morning hours so if you can come in before lunch. Trainers are AMAZING and welcome all levels of fitness. If you have never wrapped your hands or worn boxing gloves they'll coach you through it. During the workouts they'll demo the exercise and will help you with technique so you don't cheat yourself. Also you may get the chance to do some pad work which is easier said than done. Pricing is fair for what you get. Initiation fee is within reason and you get wraps, gloves, and a bag. To summarize, 9Round is a great gym if you're looking to get into shape and want to be around some motivating trainers. If anything try a free class and if that doesn't convince you I don't know what will.

I love this place! You don't need to make an appt. and the work out is only 30 minutes. I usually burn over 500 Calories and have a pretty good time doing it. The trainers ROCK, (shout out to coach Sumit for winning his MMA fight last week) and the people are really nice. All ya gotta do is show up, the trainers will take it from there! R

I joined a little over a month ago and I've been loving it. The great thing about 9Round is that once you start, the workout (about 30 min) is over before you know it. There are 9 stations where you'll spend 3 minutes (on a timer) and after completing the exercises in each station, the 30 minutes is over. There is no set time so you pretty much start when you show up and the exercises are different every day so it's never boring. You can even go another full round if you want. All the trainers there are super nice and show you what to do on each station. You can set how hard you want to go so there's no pressure from anyone and if you want to go hard , it's totally up to you. There's plenty of punching bags to get your stress out too. So if you're thinking about trying kickboxing, definitely check this place out. It's a blast!

Just completed my 3rd month; It's an excellent cardio workout for an older than average participant; the variety of the routine helps keep things interesting; I work up a great sweat each workout; and progressed from couch potato to 4 sessions per week. I'd recommend the gym to anyone looking for a cardio workout.

Been coming here for a month now and I love it! It's a great cardio and full body workout in 30 minutes! The best part is you can drop in at any time and jump on in. All the trainers are extremely kind and encouraging!

**UPDATE** A couple of hours after I posted the review about being difficult to freeze and/or cancel my membership, Brant himself reached out to me via phone! Awesome! There have been updates made to how memberships handle their accounts, unfortunately, I did not receive those notifications because I had automatically opted-out of email notifications (I do this with just about everything). Well, Brandt, explained the process and within minutes I was able to pause my membership. Again, the only reason I posted about my frustration with not knowing how to cancel/freeze my account, was because I don't feel comfortable YET about working out at the gym. It is well ventilated, and because the workouts are so efficient, members easily move through, get their workout in and leave. Because of my personal situation I cannot go back just yet, but will do so as soon as this whole pandemic situation is more stable and I feel more comfortable. THANK YOU BRANDT FOR YOUR FOLLOW UP. I appreciate it! I hope to see you in a few months. Changing RATING to 5 stars. The personal customer service/recovery changed EVERYTHING! ================================== I really enjoyed the workouts but with the current covid situation, I feel uneasy about going to such a small gym. Will come back sometime next year. I DO NOT want to freeze my account. @brant how do I cancel my membership? I've called and the email provided to send a cancelation is hard to understand...regardless I've sent emails that have either bounced back or no one ever replies. I've contacted the corporate office and they are no help. What? do I have to drive to gym to be able to cancel??? I really don't want to write a bad review, but truthfully, it should be easier than this. Please advise. Marking it as 1 star just based on the lack of ease to cancel.

By far still the best workout in the area and the best way to start my day on a positive note. I'm so happy to be back after the pandemic shut down. The trainers are highly motivating, energetic, and encouraging. I love the variety of workouts and the intensity of it. What's great about 9Round is it's tailored for all ages and fitness levels. It's great working out with such a varied population. You are never too old or out of shape to try something new. Come give them a try and see why I'm addicted!! : )

the place is extremely small, has little equipment, parking is small, the price is very high $213 to start, the floor is dirty, the same ground that others walk on with sneakers is the same one you will put your hand on to exercise, it's not worth it, don't waste your time and your money.
