“I scheduled a pre-op appointment (for a surgery outside of KP) because I have KP Insurance and their physicians are not supposed to do pre-op exams for surgeries outside of KP. I'm also a KP employee and I'm a Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience. It was a bit odd that the Physician Assistant (PA) was via video but I know from my experience that many times patients can be assessed via a phone appointment of a video appointment. Everyone at the office was very nice and my nurse (LVN) did a great job. The PA asked appropriate questions and also was very nice and professional. I would go back for a similar exam or if I had a straight forward medical problem.”

“First of all, I want to clarify that this feedback is about CVS in general, not this specific location. It seems they are trying to reduce medication costs by replacing effective, higher-priced medications with less effective, lower-priced alternatives, which your insurance ends up covering. If this practice continues, please help report it!
