“We came in on a cold Sunday evening after our vehicle stopped working in Gilroy. The lady at the counter was very kind and gave us each a bottle of water and chips (we were later told it was originally for diamond members and were only gold members, but anyway...). Room was naturally cold but got warm quickly and slept comfortably! Next day breakfast was alright besides the omelettes (dry and you could tell they were there for a while). Anyway, while I left to figure out our vehicle situation, my husband and seven year old daughter stayed at the hotel. The lady that checked us in the night prior, was there again. She was very kind to allow my family to stay there an extra two hours after hearing our story. I am very appreciative of the kindness to my family and I! I cannot thank them enough!”

Nearby activities: Bike accessible, it’s a couple bike routes nearby ..A gym( Anytime-fitness ,shopping center also

Safety: Seems pretty safe, I’ve been here over 5 months with no issues ..

Walkability: The area is very walkable even at night ..

Food & drinks: Wing-stop, chipotle, subway and other small restaurant’s in walking distance ..”

“I would like to start off by saying that I really appreciated the front desk. Heather was working when we checked in, and she was very personal and helpful. It was very refreshing to have somebody like her to greet us and make us feel like we are valued. after a 9 + hour drive she made us feel like we made the right decision. They are very lucky to have somebody who understands the importance of there guests, guests serves. Thank you Heather. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again the next time we are in the area.”

Nearby activities: Comfortably rural but within a reasonable distance to the Fresno airport. Had a very delicious Mediterranean/Italian dinner in a beautiful peaceful patio setting only minutes from the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was very accommodating. My every request was graciously provided. The restaurant was referred by my hotel front counter staff who's desire was to naked my stay exceptional.”

“This was not the best place I have stayed in, but sufficient enough. We can park in front of our rooms if somebody did not occupy those spots already. If the office is closed, you can contact the clerk from the outer window by ringing the bell. Unfortunately, there were no soft couch chairs available and I suggest bringing a seat cushion for the hard backrest on the wooden one The room contained the basic needs (refrigerator, microwave, television) and everything appeared to be fully functional (thermostat, hot water). It would help to have a clock and box of napkins available, but I normally use my own anyway. Bring a pair of slippers because they have hardwood floors and your own soap, but keep the samples. The mattress was not soft and I just slept on the bed cover. Ask the clerk for the WiFi password while checking in and request it be written down on a piece of paper because it is not provided. The key card can be tapped on the door like a credit card at self-checkout registers and slipped through a mail slot from outside when leaving, which slides onto the counter for convenience. I am willing to return here if necessary for overnight trips in Morgan Hill or Gilroy with early appointments scheduled the following day.”

“This was our first time in San Jose, we came here super last minute looking for a hotel to stay in and Abel at Courtyard San Jose South/Morgan Hill gave us the best service helped us check in to a room and gave the the best customer service we’ve ever experienced! I’ve been to a lot of hotels around the states but this customer services was like no other, if you’re ever in San Jose’s Stay at Courtyard San Jose south Morgan hill and Ask for Abel!!

Food and drinks: In and out and Denny’s right across the street for a late night snack!”

“We stayed just one night so did not get to take advantage of the great location in the middle of lots of shopping, anything you need is close by. We headed to Andy’s Ranch to pick cherries. The service could not be better! The gentleman and his wife were very friendly and accommodating! The gentleman even pointed out our tire was low and was willing to inflate it for us! The parking lot was very well lit as others pointed out. The room was very clean and comfortable, such a great deal for the price!”

“I loved the decorative details throughout the hotel, felt renaissance like. My favorite part was the huge jacuzzi tub in the room and the front desk clerk was very friendly. There is a delicious Mexican restaurant (La Hacienda) just down the street, walking distance away. I was hoping for the continental breakfast in the morning but they are not allowed during COVID-19, so we found a nice restaurant within a mile for breakfast that morning (Yolked). Great price for the room and very clean environment, no cigarette smell, and comfortable linens. We'll definitely make this our future hotel for romantic getaways, etc.”
