“I've been going to F45 since the summer of 2020. I can't tell you the ways this place has changed my life! It has got me stronger, and more functional than I have ever been in my life. And I just keep progressing. From the day I started to where it has taken me is a remarkable change! The owners are phenomenal and have created a supportive, motivating, and fun community! The coaches are TOP NOTCH! Seriously best gym I have been apart of. And I have made some incredible friends along the way that make working out so much fun! It's engaged, and diverse workouts that really push your limits and have you breaking through and progressing to new levels! I love lifting weights now and F45 finally has me enjoying cardio! I can't wait to see what 2024 will bring and so happy to be apart of this fit fam that has helped shape me into a more confident, athletic, and functional individual!”

“I've only been coming here on Saturdays the past month but I gotta say I really love the long Saturday workouts and community. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. Super close to my house to it's easy to get to. Just did the Murph with them yesterday and it was awesome seeing the hospitality and consultant workout explanations/ variety. I've been to 3 CrossFit places so far and this place def has a family vibe / mentality. Very rare quality.”

“Great and friendly coaches, well maintained equipments. Flexible class schedules.You learn things on the fly as you do the WOD and the strength training. Most people in the class have been around for a while and know what they are doing. Everyone is super helpful in explaining the technique. However sometimes it's would be a lot easier if they had specific class where they teach techniques ONLY. Over the last year, I have learnt from fellow cross fitters, asked coaches but it would be have been nice to dedicated a class to learning snatches, learning kipping pull ups, learning cleans rather than doing it in the WOD. Lee for example taught and pushed me to climb the rope and now its a lot easier for me.”

“I like the gym and they have good equipment like other big name gyms. My only complaint are the youngsters who sit on the most popular machines and stare at their phones for 20 mins. If you go to the gym to stare at your phone, you have no life. Crowded like any other gym at 5 pm. You’ll never escape that. Good cardio section. I don’t go to the gym to use the restrooms, so no complaints there. Clean workout area.”
