Although I am not a regular F45 attendee, I always apprecaite doing drop-ins at the studio because of the quality of the workouts and encouragement from their Coaching staff. This is a place that has excelled at duplicating a great product and providing their own leadership skills to make it flourish. Keep it up, Team!
