“I went into this branch two days ago with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. I needed to to wire 300+k USD domestically, on the 1st leg of an international transfer with 2 other financial hops for a house purchase in a foreign country. Perfect execution and timing is crucial as missed days cost money in terms of exchange rates and contractual obligations. Travis looked after me. He took care of the wire transfer with obvious experience and diligence. Now, I can look a little rough, I ride a harley, often have facial stubble and since I live on a ranch I might have rough looking boots on. Anyway, point is it didn't matter to Travis, right off the bat he treated me with courtesy and professionalism. I wanted Yelp people to know this. Thanks Travis, the money got all the way there.”
