“I used to come here for JCPenney portraits when my kids were little, and it was always a great experience. As for shopping, they often have excellent jewelry sales. I’ve picked up a few nice pieces for myself and my sons. The jewelry insurance is also impressive. One time, my son’s necklace broke, and although they said it would take six weeks to repair, it was ready in just two!
When it comes to clothing, they offer great deals, especially around back to school season. Customer service is decent, not outstanding, but satisfactory. Overall, I’ve had a good experience shopping here.”

These multi colored dangling bling earrings make the cutest sound while wearing... like a soft tone of a bell. Dra picked up some new threads from Macy's Backstage and you wouldn't believe how much he paid if I told you! Let's just say he found a nice pair of jeans and two shirts for under twenty dollars.”

“I took my daughter shopping for her birthday Dec 1st and decided to take her to Moreno Valley Mall. She went into this store and fell in love with this Rapunzil Jacket. They had so many different character items, so cute!...but pricey. I haven't seen another like it. The girl that helped us was just the sweetest! She did her job very well. She was tiny, dark brown hair gal and I really appreciate her excellant customer service.”

“About four months ago, I planned a trip overseas and decided I needed a few things for my trip. I decided Macy's would fill the need. I first looked at some men's clothing and then went to men's fragrances. I was helped by a sales associate by the name of Elizabeth H. who greeted me with a very genuine smile. She was friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and efficient. I have worked in sales for many years and understand that building relationships with customers is very important. That's the first impression I got from Liz, and the fragrance department as a whole. Not only did Liz help me with choosing a fragrance, she also took an interactive role in helping me navigate the ways I could save and accrue points for future purchases. I have been back several times since then and each time I seek out Elizabeth's professional service, while cringing at the balance I have accrued over time. With the type of in house service I have received, it's been worth every penny. Yesterday I was notified by Elizabeth of a VIP presale on men's fragrances. It's not very often that you get discounts on fragrances, so I decided stop by. Like always, with a friendly and professional approach, Liz helped me explore a few options and I was able to make a decision. I then left the store to stop by a retailer in the area who had a cordless handheld vacuum cleaner for $24, but of course they had run out. Thinking of the great service I received at Macy's, I went online and noticed they had one for $39. Without hesitation I got in my car and went back to Macy's to see Liz. Sure I was going to pay $15 more, but the quality was better. However, the most important reason I came back was the associate/customer relationship that Elizabeth H. manifested during my visit four months ago. “Jessica, the store manager, went above and beyond for me today! I had placed an online order for pick up for a Valentine’s Day gift and when I showed up it was not processed in their system yet so another store employee had cancelled the order so I could rebuy the shoes and not have to wait for the order to process. However, I initially paid with a gift card so when I went to go pay for the shoes it was saying $0 balance on my card. Jessica called customer service and was on the phone with them for about 30 mins so that I could get the gift card refunded and be able to buy my valentines gift for tonight. She handled the situation professionally and found a creative way to make it work. Thanks Jessica for all your help!”

“The store has good items but there is always only one register open and sometimes the line is across the store. Last time I asked they said that the rule was if there was more then 3 people in line then they could open another register but they never do and the employees chat and take there sweet time which causes the line to grow much longer .
