“Patrick was so helpful in this store, I had upgraded my phone last year in December with a different sales associate and was supposed to get a promotion that unfortunately wasn’t applied. I went in after waiting a few billing cycles to see if the promo would kick in and I still had not gotten the promo. And Patrick took care of it. He was professional, polite, attentive and very friendly. I had all of the paperwork given to me the day of the upgrade so he processed the request to apply the promo on my account since the day I upgraded. He even called me back a few days later to let me know my promotion had been approved and had finally been applied and prorated. Thank you very much Patrick.”

“I walked in very frustrated and in need of support with my device. I immediately was approached by Melissa who proceeded to get right down to ways we could resolve my issue. I could tell that Melissa was very technically savvy and knew what she was talking about. I didn't feel like she was only trying to sell me something; she was genuinely trying to help me resolve my issue.
