“This was my first time ever inside of Forever 21 as, I've always thought it to be a teenyboppers heaven, not knowing that, they have something for Men and Women of all ages and sizes. Who knew!! Apparently, I've been living in a shell all of these years. My Nieces shop here so, we all went in and I was so glad that they introduced me to this store. It was fun shopping and browsing! They have hella deals on cute items! Somethings were even 70% off NICE!!! I was able to find a cute summer dress and a few other items. I found a beautiful skirt for $2.70 YESSS love it!!! My type of prices Cheap because, I like spending money on traveling comfortably instead. Lol I'll definitely return as well as go to the location in my area. Thanks to all of the staff who I had to tell one lady employee(who kept following me around) that, I promise you that, I'm not here to steal although, I was carrying a huge traveling purse that I was too lazy to change over to a smaller bag. Some of us humans really do shop with big purses with no intent of ever stealing. Respect our swag please!!!”
“Jessica, the store manager, went above and beyond for me today! I had placed an online order for pick up for a Valentine’s Day gift and when I showed up it was not processed in their system yet so another store employee had cancelled the order so I could rebuy the shoes and not have to wait for the order to process. However, I initially paid with a gift card so when I went to go pay for the shoes it was saying $0 balance on my card. Jessica called customer service and was on the phone with them for about 30 mins so that I could get the gift card refunded and be able to buy my valentines gift for tonight. She handled the situation professionally and found a creative way to make it work. Thanks Jessica for all your help!”

“I came into Lucy’s formals this past Thursday they have beautiful dresses we were looking for our Granddaughters Quince dress. we were planning on buying a dress that same day so we did not have to pay the $50 before trying on dresses which was fine. My granddaughter knew what she was looking for as far as color and design we found here dress as quickly as we walked in & it is beautiful. Isabel I believe the owner of the shop was so helpful with making sure the dress fit perfect she also made sure my granddaughter felt comfortable & special the dress needed a few alterations that was expected we could have went home with the dress same day amazing as that was to hear. Isabel offered to do alterations same day but we decided to come back after everything was perfectly done. The Quality of the dresses are great and we got the bouquet and corona for a very good price I honestly thought it was going to be more than what I paid. I was very happy with the service & our experience my Granddaughter was very happy with her dress & that made my day. The Staff was Friendly and nice & amazing how quickly we were able to find the perfect dress get fitted pay and we were on our way home. I will be coming back next year to shop at Lucky’s formals for another dress. I have another granddaughter that will be getting a Quince dress. I will be referring family and friends. thank you Isabel @ Lucky’s Formals for making our experience exceptional.”
