What I appreciate more than anything was the quality of work and honesty. in todays market, unfortunately, we the consumer can be taken advantage. This was not the case with Walnut Creek Automotive. I highly recommend them and I will definitely return.”

“I came in earlier today to buy a bass that they listed on Facebook marketplace. They were very communicative and helpful from the start. Kyle messaged me with information about the store and placed it on hold when I told him I would be coming in. When I came into the store, they were quick to help. The staff there is very nice and approachable. Luis let me get a feel for the instrument and helped ring me up. Overall a really nice experience! “It's so nice to know that there is someone in the area who is knowledgeable about such a wide array of electronics, especially since I hate the idea of throwing things away that can be easily fixed. My Marshall amplifier was buzzing and the connector was spinning in it's housing... I was about ready to just buy a new one, but I was absolutely overjoyed to find out that I could get it repaired for less than the price of replacing it. I mean it when I say that it is as good as new now! And the repair only took a couple of days. I will easily be back for any future repairs on sound equipment!”

“I was interested in upgrading the electronics on my boat. Spoke with Ian and we discussed many options available. Decided on Garmin system with Raymarine auto pilot. Ian ordered and did advise some parts may take a bit of time due to supply train issues. I was worried about the radar since no one seemed to have the newer Garmin Fantom 24 in stock. To my surprise Ian called me and said one came in and was not part of another build, did I want him to hold for me, that of course was a yes. The install went smoothly and everything has been great. His installation work was well done, precise and clean.If you are in need of upgrading electronics I would highly recommend Star Marine. Being a smaller operation I would recommend making an appointment to see him so you don't stop by when he is out in the field working on customers boats. Great guy and always returned my calls.”

“Edit: Jenny called me after I posted the original review, apologized for the issue and immediately shipped a replacement unit. Like the other reviews have said, it's been great customer service and I would definitely shop here again.Power supply was damaged before it left the shop. The larger outer box it shipped in showed zero damage, but the PS box inside was deformed, like it had been dropped off the shelf. Upon opening the inner box, the styrofoam protection was cracked and the power supply case was bent. The damage seems to be limited to a slightly bent case and it looks like it functions properly when I turn it on with no load. I would like to use it immediately so returning it isn't a great option but having a company ship a damaged box without checking the contents beforehand is disheartening. Hopefully there's no unseen damage that manifests once it has a load on it.”

I stopped by for my free election day large coffee, and the employee scanned my 7-Eleven app, then showed me where the coffee area was located, and made sure that I knew where the lids were as well. When you're at a 7-Eleven, you of course have to get that sweet drink; a Slurpee! I stopped in here to redeem my buy 7 Slurpees, Get 11 Slurpees FREE coupon on their app, and they had all sorts of Slurpee flavors that I layered for maximum flavor : ) The parking lot always seems busy whenever I drive by, full of trucks from the construction crews working on the roads and building nearby apartments -- and kids stopping in for a snack after school -- and regular folks stopping in on their way to/from work.”
