“I went in Magnolia Design at Best Buy's looking at all the Black Friday sales for a 4K tv and almost settled for an alright quality tv. I was immediately sold on the price of this tv but my mind wasn't made up and I knew I wanted something better. So long story short, Charles, who is such a cool dude for stepping up to the challenge and explaining to me my different options, while taking his time and really being patient. Best way to describe this type of customer service was; it felt like I was family. Charles helped me from start to finish, even with loading the 65' in. TV in my uncle's suv. Also, very happy with purchasing an affordable yet high end TV. Way better quality than the one I was going to get. I'm happy I didn't settle for less. I would definitely recommend Charle's services and MDC to all my friends and family.”

“I was at the airport Few hours early. Just browsing and always wanted to see what they had. I wasn’t in the market for anything, but Markus was kind and asked if I had any questions please ask. So I asked a few questions about earphones. I was looking at Apple AirPods but who buys it at an airport store right? The price wasn’t right, but then Markus asked if I wanted to demo any other headphones and he recommended me the Bose. I thought it was completely out of my price range. But they were having a sale and I got a chance to test listen through the demo earphones he had. I end up buying the Bose earphones and absolutely love it. “Edit: Jenny called me after I posted the original review, apologized for the issue and immediately shipped a replacement unit. Like the other reviews have said, it's been great customer service and I would definitely shop here again.Power supply was damaged before it left the shop. The larger outer box it shipped in showed zero damage, but the PS box inside was deformed, like it had been dropped off the shelf. Upon opening the inner box, the styrofoam protection was cracked and the power supply case was bent. The damage seems to be limited to a slightly bent case and it looks like it functions properly when I turn it on with no load. I would like to use it immediately so returning it isn't a great option but having a company ship a damaged box without checking the contents beforehand is disheartening. Hopefully there's no unseen damage that manifests once it has a load on it.”

“If I could give these folks ten stars, I would! Before Covid my wife and I went here to buy office chairs. We are seniors with a lot of back and body issues so we knew this would be a challenging process. We had been to some other places but they tried to sell us on stuff that would not work for us, could not answer our questions and rushed us. What a totally opposite experience at Blaisdells! We were waited on by Adrienne Quitugua-Hervin and she gave us some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in any type of business. They had a great selection, but even more important was how knowledgeable Adrienne was and how patient she was with us. She was very familiar with all the chairs and gave us all the time we needed to check them out thoroughly. Part of my business is training people on customer service and Adrienne checked off all of the boxes of an award winning customer service representative of this company! She could train a lot of people in customer service! We bought chairs (at very reasonable prices) that needed to be customized a bit and then Covid hit. Being at very high risk, we did not have any deliveries inside of our house. Blaisdells understood our concerns and never pressured us to get the chairs. Eventually we had them delivered and put together on our porch where Adrienne helped set them up and showed us how everything worked. Even the delivery people were as polite and nice as could be! This is a big company that exemplifies the best of a small family business. My only complaint is that they don't sell every type of product we need!”
