“There are wide variety of stores and shops at the Westlake Plaza. Vons is located there along with my favorite Starbucks. There's plenty of parking and outside seating to enjoy the beautiful weather. On the weekends bicycle groups stop there to rest during their rides. CVS also has a large store here.”

“When visiting a Oakbrook Plaza, you’ll find quite a few fine restaurants, right around the same area. Even though the Gelsons is basically the established landmark. Make sure to take a little walk around beautiful surroundings, beautiful people.”

“Atmosphere is wonderful, service is great. Disappointed in the halibut fish. Skimpy on the sauce I don't recognize the halibut that I remember, the dinner salad was average. But the Flourless chocolate cake, WOW!”

“Remodeling a couple years ago gives it a fresh look. A nice place to walk around and see the different stores, mostly antique and galleries and if that's not your thing then you basically just come here for the restaurants. Check out who is playing at the Canyon. When the weather is nice then the atrium has a nice water feature with foliage. Plata and Basta restaurants both are very popular. Combined with the Canyon, parking has become tough. Usually at dinner time you have to park at the far end of the lot closer to DIY center.”

“Right across the street from the Westlake Village golf course. Is this hidden a little county line shopping center. Where you’ll find our Korean owned liquor store. Which the owners are so nice and we’ve all known for many years. It’s the place where you’ll go to to pick up a few items. Instead of driving to a supermarket. There’s also a UPS located there. Of course the Lakeview Chinese restaurant. And our movie theater that is sometimes used for special viewings. I would hope someday that someone would use that venue to hold concerts and special events there. Remember to go across the street now and hit up the driving range the golf course. And get out some of the stress that we all have in our lives every day.”

“The quintessential, ideal local donut shop. Always fresh, always delicious across a wide spectrum of offerings, and very reasonably priced (this is no bougie Sidecar-esque joint, just outstanding, classic donuts). Parking is free and easy, the proprietors are nice, they're open long hours, I honestly can't think of a single negative thing about it. It's to the point where I find myself making excuses to come grab their donuts any time I can. I've tried most of their offerings in the 3 years since I moved to the area, and you really can't go wrong with anything...but if I had to pinpoint my personal favorites, it's gotta be the glazed buttermilk bar, the chocolate chip roll, and the old-fashioned. I hope this place is here forever.”

“Experience the charm of this amazing location, which is magically enhanced by the festive holiday lights. Savor the warm ambiance while wrapping yourself in layers and perusing the charming stores. This little shopping oasis is charming despite its small size, which makes it a great place to spend a quick day trip or as a shelter from the rain. Savor delectable cuisine at the top restaurants and take a look around the few quaint shopping centers for an unforgettable experience.”

“When I first moved to the Conejo Valley in the 80's I became aware of North Ranch Shopping Center as the place where a crafts/decor store offered classes in wreath making. Just in time for the holidays, I took a series of several classes and started a new hobby. Since then, the center has evolved, even reconfiguring the layout of the buildings. It's now a sprawling "campus" of various buildings. The inner hub has lots of basics like Ralphs and Trader Joes for groceries, plus RiteAid, independent food places (pizza, Greek, Chinese, Italian, boba, vegan, etc.), Western Bagel, fitness studios, and a host of services. The outer buildings house banks and other financial service businesses. Chain restaurants like BJ's Brewhouse, Chick-Fil-A, and McDonalds help fill out the overall space. Parking is free. It can get tight at some of the sections of the center at busy times of day. Located at the northwest corner of Westlake and Thousand Oak Boulevards, it's an anchor location for the Westlake Village portion of Thousand Oaks. If you see a business listed with an address in the 3800 block of T.O. Blvd., it's probably in this center.”

“Dinner at Fogo de Chāo was a lovely experience. Excellent food and drinks, wonderful service. Wish there we weren't so packed in, though, maybe one or two fewer tables. It felt crowded.”

“This is a cool little shopping plaza with a Starbucks, a Lazer tag video arcade (that actually has working pinball machines), as well as some nice little eateries. It's located not far from the Ronald Reagan historical library museum as well as lots of outdoor recreation (trails, parks etc). There are other larger shopping centers nearby as well!”

“Great shops and restaurants. But also the wonderful Ciniopolis. An upscale movie theater where a server comes to seat at the push of a notification button, takes your food and drink order and then delivers it to your seat which can recline to a comfortable home theater experience.”

“It's literally right around the corner from where I live. My barbershop is there, my dentist, and O'Reillys and the only 99 cent store in Simi. There are plenty of parking spaces and great access to the lot.”

“Just when you thought, all indoor malls would become dumpy and run down here comes The Oaks, a very nice mostly indoor, but also partially outdoor shopping mall. There's a pretty good selection of all the usual mall, stores, as well as some unique places and a few empty spots, which is still to be expected these days. Lots of places to sit when your companion is shopping in a store you're not interested in and lots of nice wide, walking aisles as well.”

“Meeras coffee needs to be mentioned and appreciated! Rated # 2 in coffee/cafe places in Simi valley. Located right side of town center, by the California pizza kitchen. Its customer service and quality is unmatched! Support small business and check it out. You won’t be disappointed!”
