“Made an appointment for some bloodwork on Friday. Had no problems making that appointment for 3 pm on Monday. Super easy to check-in. The receptionist was super friendly. The Phlebotomist was extremely efficient and I did not even feel the needle go in. Note that I am really not a fan of needles. I was out of the office by 3:10 pm.Super easy to deal with and would return if I needed more lab work done.”

“The experience I had with Delaney and Ali was a wonderful and memorable one!Once I entered the Wellnessmart I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming energy. Although I arrived early Delaney was happy to take me early and help me with processing my paperwork. I filled everything in pencil originally and while I stepped away to use the restroom she was kind enough to go the extra mile and fill the paperwork out in pen which was VERY kind! These lovely ladies are a dynamic duo running this business efficiently and with great passion!Thank you both once again for all of your help and the great interaction!!”

“Had to get a blood draw a couple of times for my 4-year-old son and the staff was excellent. Both staff members helped with the draw to make sure everything went smoothly and he was comfortable. They were very accommodating, gentle, and sweet to my son. They got his blood first try and let him pick the color of his bandage and we were on our way. We called a couple of highly rated mobile services because we thought it would be better but they were expensive, unaccommodating, and actually more inconvenient. If you have a young one and want a painless process, go here.”

“Highly recommend Westshore Medical Draw! I just went for the first time today. I understand why they get such glowing reviews. I’m anxious when I get blood draws and have gotten lightheaded before. I also have small veins which are easy to miss. I told them about my tendency to get lightheaded so they had me lay down on an examining table for my draw. I closed my eyes and it was over quickly and painlessly. She got the blood on the first attempt and was talking to me to distract me. I didn’t get sick and I was out of the office in less than five minutes without an appointment. I appreciate the other reviewer who mentioned going up the stairs, turning right, walking to the end of the hall, and turning left to find their unit.”

“Quick and easy, and the phlebotomist was obviously expert. She drew, like 12 vials! And it took less than one minute, with me barely feeling the changeovers as they occurred.”

“I had my overnight sleep study in the Tarzana facility last night. At every step, from the referral by Kaiser, to the appointment, and finally the study itself, Sunset Sleep Labs has been exceptional. I am an RN and can, at times, be a bit hard on care providers knowing the “best” way healthcare should be approached. Sunset Sleep hit the mark, and to quote the metaphor, “knocked it out of the park.” As a clinician, when it comes to my own care, I hear all too often, “You’re a nurse, you already know this, so we’ll move on.” Not so with this provider. Dan, the Sleep Technologist, let me “be a patient” and ask the questions and address my concerns in a calm, reassuring, empathetic, and professional manner. I couldn’t be happier with the process, and though, yes, I do have Sleep Apnea that needs to be treated, this important step was handled beautifully. Great job, Sunset Sleep Labs.”

“Haven't found a better lab location in Ventura County - this is the best! Always friendly, professional, and efficient. I leave my house, check in as I open the door from my phone, and go right into the exam room, get blood drawn, and I'm out in a matter of minutes.”

“If there were 10 stars I would give it! All staff was very nice, I had 3 scans to do and was able to do them all there. CT, Mamo, Ultra sound. The ultra sound tech rocked! Also the CT Scan tech was awesome. There was a fire in the building during my Ultra sound everyone was helping me get out. If needed I would go back there. Thank you to the front office staff for my records and scans that were ready for us.Thank you to all the tech's that treated me with kindness. Visit 9-25-2023.”

“Easy in and out. Walking drug screens are available during limited hours only. They were welcoming, professional, and efficient to get me in and out quickly. For a blood draw and urine test it took 30min total with an empty waiting room.Urine test is pretty standard. They use tamper tape on the faucet and toilet with blue water. A lockbox inside the bathroom that you'll empty your pockets into and then you give them the key– your belongings never leave your sight. No weird pat downs or metal detector wand type stuff (I've had that at other places and seemed extraordinary and awkward.)You wash your hands, they tape everything up, lock your stuff, hand them the key, lock the door, handle your business, zip up and give them the specimen, then they'll let you wash your hands, sign the label for the cap, give you a print out, and you're done. 3-5 day turn around was quoted.”

“Recently started coming here and I do not regret it! The place is very clean and the people I interacted with were super helpful. Jannine was my phlebotomist and she was very nice to me. Thanks again PDL!”

“Because of the reviews I was hesitant to come here, however once I arrived I signed as a walk in and literally within five minutes my name was called. Bonnie did an excellent job and was really friendly. From what I saw they seemed to have plenty staff and work efficiently. I think this place needs more credit than what they get. No one really loves getting their blood taken, but its not the workers fault. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and would recommend this location!”

“I’ve been using this lab for a few years and have always just gone in without an appt. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than a few minutes to be seen. The phlebotomist have always been very pleasant too. Very professional and quick, exactly how I like blood draws to go!”

“The phlebotomist was outstanding! They are all working under trying circumstances. With no receptionist and people who don’t understand the difference between a walk in and an appointment puts added pressure on your staff. They have to referee, psychologist and the “bad guy” with unruly walk ins. Fix it or lose staff. Otherwise my experience was positive.”

“Diana the NP was very compassionate and careful to assess my 90 year old mom. She reviewed all the labs and explained all the possibilities. Monica the RN quickly ran her through several tests. It was uncrowded and very efficient. Thank You UCLA health!”

“Wish I met the ICU team in different circumstances. Family was in intensive care over the weekend. And granted, I'm a HCW and know what and which questions to ask. They were also so empathetic with my other family members-- who does not speak medical jargon. It's hard being on the other side of the coin and playing medical Bureaucratic chess, yes we know the system is broken. I was ready guns blazing to ask tests and questions. Dr So is an amazing intensivist, met me halfway with treatment plan, was open to recommendations and conversations with my family. Dr Kirk was also great and didn't sugarcoat the process. Dr Madjid, never saw a cards so cheerful. The nurses (Sylvia & Veronika) took great care of my mom and not once did I feel like I was bugging them for mid-night (literally) status update or transfer update the next day. I know everyone's burnt dry from the pandy and overall stress of HC but it's comforting to know that some MDs and RNs still care. He even told my non medical field family "this is what I would do for my family" One star off bc no coffee around the clock anywhere in the hospital after 1PM :'( Los Robles, is another story, for another review---------”
