“Wonderful service. Mark Daniel Arakelyan, the owner, does the work in-house so I got my ring back with new prongs on my diamond ring in record time. I previously went to another jeweler to have new prongs put on another ring and it took over 2 weeks to get the work done and get my ring back. Mark's quote for the work to be performed was right in the ball park. Very pleasant and he is my new "go to" jeweler. He is located in the Simi Town Center near the theatre.”

It's very hard for me to walk in to Monica's shop without leaving with a new necklace. She also loves to help create custom designs and created a stunning shark tooth necklace for me from a shark tooth fossil I bought at a mineral show. “Took a family heirloom to be restored with original diamonds. I was hesitant because of a couple reviews but thought I'd give this long standing business a chance especially considering that the owner had a valid response to poor reviews left. I do recommend this business. But I feel that there is a difference in customer service depending on who helps you. First and last ladies to help me were very sweet and helpful. Picked up my jewelry and was told it was clean. At first glance it seemed to be. When I got it home and looked carefully, it was really dirty. Then I got my loop out. Yuck! I mean, probably build up from the last wearer was still coating the bottom (below girdle) of the diamonds. That was upsetting for personal reasons. Otherwise, to anyone else, it's just gunk that can be cleaned off. So I did a thorough cleaning myself and removed it all. Now it looks great.”

Special orders are easily available with the products being from authorized Watch companies. I did a special order myself. As for batteries and service, prices are quite reasonable considering that everything has gone up recently. I'll will be coming from now on for all my time telling needs.”
“I am beyond grateful for Dave and Tracy and Anderson Jewelers! I was referred here by a dear friend and they did not disappoint. I needed my ring sized but I was also interested in upgrading a bit and enhancing my setting and band. Tracy took a look and had an amazing vision instantly which I absolutely love, love, love!! It turned out beautifully! Thank you everyone at Anderson Jewelers and Dave and Tracy!! Not only did they take apart my entire ring and switch the setting onto a different band but they refurbished my old band and crafted it into a beautiful individual band on its own and completely salvaged it for me so now I wear it as a three-piece setting.
