“Great place to shop and very reasonable prices. The store is very, near, clean, and organized. Makes you feel comfortable and welcome! This was my rat time visiting this chain so had set very high standard! I highly recommend shopping at this location!!!”
“Small and as such it reflects the intimacy of a cozy community commensurate with inventory choices for a sophisticated culinary public. Delectable fresh, individually sized meats, fish. Fresh produce. Well chosen items. It feels like „my store“.”

2036 Cliff Dr, Santa Barbara“A good mix of local and regional, including Mexico, nuts, veggies including Sunchokes for example, and fun cheeses along with related baked veggie products. All in a former gas station where the south-facing outer stall has table seating to chill out or picnic alongside a flower-shop's cart while augmenting your nearby restaurant/cafe takeouts.”
“New favorite spot for me and the bf!!! While it's off a busy intersection, the interior & exterior is decorated so beautifully you wouldn't ever notice where you are. Serene & peaceful inside & out. Water feature and fairy-like setting on the patio. & the best part: the service! So friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Loved every recommendation so far. Will keep coming back”
“This is probably my favorite place to get ice cream in Santa Barbara, they have handmade bars for a very reasonable price, but I prefer to get it scooped into a cup, which is a little bit more, but soooo worth it.”
“Scored some great deals again on items I was super excited about! Like the plant pots are super high-quality and literally a quarter of the price anywhere else grass fed tri-tip again a third of the price of anywhere else organic produce vegan butter just a lot of really great stuff like that. Lacroix prices are unreal.”
“Santa Barbara's best south asian grocery store. The friendly family who owns the store stocks everything you need to make your favorite Indian recipe. If you can't find it here, they'll order it for you. Must see this small long-time neighborhood store.”

4502 Carpinteria Ave #1812, Carpinteria“Decent food. We've had Reyes, Delgado, and so far this was the best. I got a carne asada burrito. It was good. A large burrito with medium amount of meat. The steak had been pre cooked but still had its charbroiled flavor. The rice and beans were good. Also got al pastor tacos. The Al pastor lacked flavor. There was enough meat to make four tacos. Wife hade the chili relleno plate. She said it was good, the sauce was on the spicy side.. that was a pluse. It was microwaved. We were eating later so no biggie. Over all the food was decent for a market. Bill cane out to about $50 not to bad. We will keep trying different Mexican spots in carpenteria until we find the to go to spot. We would go back.”
“I Love Foodland Market' although it is a smaller sized store, it is Huge in Quality Meats, Produce, and Awesome Staff. ?? *I think most people Assume this Market is for Hispanic Speaking Customers. However, I do not speak hardly any Spanish and have No problems Communicating when asking questions or anything else. Very Kind Employees ? Clean Store ? Great Variety!”

“I have been walking here from my house in the neighborhood since I could walk; Westside Market has been a staple of the westside for decades. IMPORTANT INFO: THIS is THE only place to buy lighter fluid/butane in I think all of Santa Barbara after 9pm (til midnight!)PS fun fact: Elias used to own this market; he's the best! Now he owns the smoke shop on De La Vina and Mission called Paradise Smoke Shop; pop on over there for all your tobacco and head change needs ? He and his son run an awesome shop! Cheers!”

“I went to the Chapala Market to get masa, salsa and corn husks for Christmas elk tamales. I asked a worker stocking shelves where I could find these items and he dropped what he was doing and walked me around the store. I joked that he was my personal shopper. He was genuinely interested in what I was making and made sure I knew to soak the husks. The check out lady also asked what I was making and was super nice. Explaining elk and how I got it was a funny conversation but their masa and salsa will make my elk tamales taste great!Excellent service with great personality and made in-house masa and salsa! Easy parking too.”
“Charming and well equipped boutique, small town, gourmet grocery, prepared foods, coffee bar, pastry, deli and bakery source with adjacent outdoor eating patio complete with fountain. Easy parking and access from main roads. Located in central strip mall with more boutique retail for after meal stroll. We made time for sandwiches (fabulous but spendy) but lamented not being able to bring more prepared goods with us on the long drive home. (Everything looked wonderful and locals swarmed.) Recommend a pop-in.”
