“I found this place by accident (I was trying to get some snacks at La Tia Joanna nearby but they were closed). I walked in because of their sign for $2.50 coconuts. I bought two, they cut and packed them for me along with the juice. I also got a small container of cut papaya and jicama. All mouthwatering and delicious. People were friendly and helpful and I'll definitely be back, I'm looking forward to trying the salsa. Great piñata selection!”

“This is a decent little market tucked into the the old town area. It's over by the Toyota dealership. They have all kinds of Mexican food items. Real authentic, but they also have prepared items like tacos and burritos and tortillas. If you're in Goleta and looking for some authentic food, I would for sure give them a try.”

“I worked for Vons Grocery Company for many years - for a short time, I worked at Vons Turnpike in Santa Barbara. I understand how difficult it is to be on your feet all day and engage with (and pacify) the public. The grocery business is hard work. “I come here a lot but have never been able to find bagels. I don't mean bakery bagels (which are amazing) but normal bagged bagels. I have been here many times as this is my local grocery store. But they are gate keeping the bagels. Get rid of the wine and add bagels please before I start going to smart and final. Service is good ambience is fine. Also make your cream cheese in one of the back walls. I don't get why it's next to the cheeses and not the milks.”

“BASIC STORE WITH EXTRAORDINARY WORKERS:This is a relatively small-sized Albertson's, and yet one of the busier locations due to it's prominent space in the Calle Real Center in Goleta. It's not fancy, and in fact, is likely overdue for a much-needed makeover. However, it's clean and the workers go out of their way to smile and extend a little cheer, despite their busy days. I have had the pleasure of getting to know a few of the checkers as I often find myself stocking up at this location. Things I would not change:***Their lovely workers and their great attitude. Things I would change:*** More diversity of products (such as what I find at the Buellton Albertson's location).*** A much larger baked goods section or actually adding a small on-site bakery. Remember to say hi and thank your hard working essential service workers as you peruse.”

“I shop here all the time. The staff is awesome in the afternoons and the store has some pretty good deals. The only issue is the refrigerators/freezers here suck lol. There's always freezer burned items or literal ice surrounding the freezers.At least their deli and bakery has really improved so much, can always find a tasty sweet treat”

“This coffee is like drinking Aztecan elixir of the gods! It is so rich, dense, and fresh that it makes you euphoric with energy and joy! It's so important to support our local businesses and CAFE SB deserves to be recognized for it's hard work and loyalty to excellent coffee-making. Not to mention their their heavenly, high quality teas. All of their products are well priced and made in small batches so the quality is far superior to those made by large companies trying to maximize profits. As a local working full time and in graduate school, I am SO thankful for Cafe SB's incredible coffee and tea!! Hard to find but I get at Lazy Acres and have seen it at the store next to NAtural Cafe.”
