“I discovered this gem of a place when my car wouldn't start one late afternoon. AAA let me know it wasn't the battery and asked if I wanted it towed somewhere. The dealership couldn't look at it for a couple of weeks. When I called Ken Symer Automotive, the owner's wife took my call and assured me that my car would be in good hands. She told me to have it towed to their shop. Chris, the owner, let me know what the problem was (alternator), quoted me a fair price for the parts and labor, and had my car fixed and ready the very next morning. I trust Chris and his team to take care of my car from now on. Thank you Chris and Itzel! I will recommend your business to everyone!”

“One of the 3 pumps within my normal daily commute, when it is dispensing H2 it is great. But that's just it, the pump is frequently out of fuel and there is just no good reason for it. The lost analysis should give a good idea how much revenue is missed when a completely avoidable supply chain issue should be easily resolvable so as to not always be out of hydrogen. Seriously, I fuel up every two days and for over a year this pump is consistently out of fuel easily 2 out of 3 times. While this might demonstrate a great demand, the lack of supply is causing the pump to be idling while it could be generating revenue for Air Products. That's right, I don't think it is labeled correctly, the Woodland Hills pump on Topanga Blvd is not a TrueZero pump, not according to all thr signage at the pump!”

“I went here a few times in my van and the evening worker was very nice, friendly and talked to me about my van. I got the keys for the bathroom and wow! It was actually clean!!! Looked like new wall board was installed recently and the place looked and smells clean. Very impressed when a gas station can keep their outdoor restroom clean like that!I'll definitely use this station again. Seeing that I travel in my van, I can tell you this is one of the nicer 24 hour gas stations.”

“These guys are amazing. I was having problems with the tire. They filled it up for me and told me to keep an eye on it. Two weeks later, I came back with the same problem. They found a nail and told me they could patch it up. I came back 45 minutes later and it was done. "How much do I owe you?" I asked. "Don't worry about it. Next time" he said. Frankly, I didn't know this kind of goodwill and good service existed anymore.”
