“I feel really satisfy for the service in here. I did a resizing service in here 2 years ago for my Citizen watch and switched my battery for 2 other watches that were only $29 (no additional tax). After 2 years, the battery is not working and the price only grows up from $7 to $9. Considering the significant inflation, this is a really friendly price. What I feel satisfy the most is not just the affordable price, but the passion from the owner. He looks really knowledgeable about watches and is willing to spend time to assist your need. For the resizing service, he is more than happy to adjust the right size for you after a while, care whether you feel comfortable on your wrist, instead of asking you to pay for another resizing fee. You can see a little plastic bag to store your chain. My watch is not working after switching battery for the first time. Then the owner try one more time when he saw me little disappointed of it. It is working on the second time and he even helps me to clean up the scratch for my plastic mirror. Can not say more thank you than that and makes my date. His wife is also welcoming for all customers and they look really happy for running their business”

What like the most about this jewelry store and the owner is when I walked in the store I was viewed as a cutomer. I was not judged by my race. As in this area black people are always stereotyped. “Needed to sell my Rolex that was gifted to me by my father. I didn’t know where to go. Thankfully I found Ramin’s shop under another Yelp page called, “Sell Me Watch”. I decided to check out his store based on the reviews, at first I could not find it so I gave the store a call and he explained to me which building the unit was in and what floor. When I arrived he was quick to help me as I gave him a rundown of the watches history, how much my father paid for it, and how much I was hoping to get. He explained to me how much the watch was worth, the work that needed to be done, and offered me a fair price with all things considered. He was understanding that I needed some time to think about it before making my decision to part ways with it. After thinking it through it felt like the right decision, he made an offer I could be happy with and I am glad my fathers first Rolex can be restored to its former glory and can find a home where it will be seen and used.”

“After reading some Yelp reviews, we took my wife's wedding ring to Alberto to look at the loose solitary diamond. He showed us how the prongs had worn down causing the problem. He created new prongs that were stronger and completed in two days. Excellent work. While we were talking, he noticed my gold chain bracelet and upon looking at it, pointed out the ring that had worn through and split. He is replacing it along with a new clasp. Highly recommend his service.”
