“The beginningCame to Ohcani just to ask one question. I ended up really vibing with Victor, he was very attentive and knowledgeable. Since I'm always on the lookout for a pretty ruby ring I decided to show him one ring I had saved in my photos because I loved the look of it, but it was being sold all the way from somewhere in China. since I was wary of the quality I asked him if he could make it custom. He said absolutely. We talked about what my expectations were and I felt he had a really good grasp of what I wanted. He really understood my vision and some of the minor changes I wanted to make to the existing picture. He even suggested some extra details that I never even thought of but were very unique and special to me. He showed so much passion and care to us and we really knew I was in good hands with him. The priceVictor was able to make my CUSTOM, One-of-a-Kind, AMAZING ruby ring WITHIN MY BUDGET. I was ecstatic. Although I had the money to pay up front, he also gave me the option to use the in house financing. (Be aware that it needs to be paid in 3 months in full or else the interest is crazy high.) it worked out perfectly for me, boosted my credit, and allowed for some extra wiggle room in my budget. I have no complaints on the finance side. The making ofBefore the ring was made Victor was able to show me some amazingly accurate 3D renderings of my ring. We worked on it, tweaked it when needed, made some minor changes, and printed it in wax. The print out showed that the ring was larger than I wanted and we changed it once again. Though all the changes and requests Victor was so patient and understanding. He really cared about making the ring perfect for me. We went back and forth as many times as we wanted and finally the PERFECT ring was printed in wax, I approved it and it was ready to be made for real. I really appreciated the attentiveness Victor showed and his patience. I am quite a perfectionist. I would have understood if he would have just gave up on me completely! This process was quick and easy. The revealWhen my ring was finally ready it exceeded all my expectations. It's the most beautiful ring I've ever seen and it's one of a kind, it ended up even better than the inspiration picture I showed him in the beginning. Throughout the whole process Victor was so professional, caring, resourceful, just the perfect person to take on this project. I cannot thank him enough. He went the extra mile for sure. The whole process was smooth and really went perfect without any issues. We came all the way from San Diego just for this ring and it was worth it in the end. VICTOR YOU ARE AMAZING!!
