“I like this Post Office because they have a stamp machine, which is easy & convenient. The lobby is well kept and always stocked with postal supplies. The P.O. Boxes are easy to access and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. There is a small parking lot on the side (off the alley) and 20-minute parking out front.”

“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! “I came here with an apt for my kids passport, it was our first time getting passports so going through the process was new to us. We came in and noticed front clerk Alida assisting another man, she sounded friendly and helpful to “him”. After we went up her tone changed and she definitely made our experience uncomfortable. We didn’t disrespect her in any way we weren’t rude in anyway and we noticed the tone of voice with us vs. her tone of voice with that man. After a few mins another clerk assisted us and he is the only reason why I gave a 4 star. The customer service that she failed he fulfilled. We noticed different interactions with Alida and customers and she picks and chooses who she wants to give good customer service. We even noticed her interaction with one of her co workers and it was very tense. She shouldn’t be in the front unless she treats everyone with respect not only when she feels like it.”

“Typically I loathe going to the Post Office as much as the DMV. Today however I had the most pleasant experience and here are the reasons why. 1. Parking was readily available ( This post office has a good amount of spaces and there is residential parking available as well. 2. The line was non-existent ( There might have been one person ahead of me in line. PRO-TIP: If you come before 11:30 the line is smaller, they tend to get busier in the afternoon) 3. Pleasant customer service ( Ms. Lucy was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She even double-checked a shipping policy of the receiving address to make sure packages were still being accepted. Thank you Ms. Lucy you're awesome!) I will definitely keep this Post Office in my rotation.”

“Stopped by this Saturday at around noon and it was a decent size line. Jonathan and Norma (only 2 tellers at the time) took care of all us in timely manner as the line moved along without issues. The people at the post office do a phenomenal job with the customer service. Our local mail carrier does a great job as well. Keep up the good work USPS! ? ?”

“Nice little post office. Small parking lot. Available packaging supplies are inside the lobby. Lines are short when I visit. So you get in and get out, faster than most post offices. This post office is right across the street from South Gate high school. So it wouldn't be a good idea to go during school release times, due to traffic and congestion. Otherwise, this is a great post office for your mailing and shipping needs.”
“I love this post office. Not only is it closest to me but they're always pretty fast, I know I'll be done in 5 minutes whenever I come here. They also sell gift cards and birthday cards which I feel is a nice touch :)”

Here Ms.Tawarn gave me phenomenal service. This morning I sent a courier to India on a regular post but after I left from here, I changed my plan and I came back after an hour, then I requested for a change in sending that courier from regular to priority. With a smiling face Ms.Tawarn made a lot of effort to make the change, She found my courier which was already scheduled for sending and she made all the procedures to send that as a priority mail. I always get good service from this Post Office. But Ms. Tawan is a Gem of a person. Such employees are always a great asset to the company as well as to the society.

“This is a small US Post Office in Montebello that offers all the services made possible by the USPS. It is open Monday through Friday until 4:30 pm. They close right on the dot. You can drop off letters, packages, rent a postal box, buy greeting cards, gift cards, and obviously buy stamps. The front desk postal workers are always friendly and very helpful. But please be patient when you decide to come here. They usually have one cashier servicing customers.”
