I was having some shoe drama and Amy was so awesome to me, it really made my day. I ended up getting the patent leather Doc Matins and couldn't be happier. I hope Amy is the manager because she seriously was so helpful and lovely to work with when I was having a melt down!!

Employees are rude and uninformed in person and on the phone. When you call they answer saying “Hello” and they don’t even have an answer when you ask for a product they basically told me to call a different store
