“I bought a dryer the first time. Then went back and bought the matching washer. The prices are great for brand new items and the service is amazing. They delivered both items, installed them and even hauled my old items! We needed a special part to install the washer and they had it in the truck and there’s it in for us! This is the only place I will purchase appliances from now on. I will be going back to get my new refrigerator and stove when I do my kitchen remodel. They have a dedicated customer here. ??”
“I bought my LG washer and dryer from Team SoCal in 2019. Great experience and price at time of purchase. The washer was throwing up an error code. I was unable to fix despite troubleshooting and changing parts on my own. I called Team SoCal. They sent Polo, the technician, and he thoroughly and patiently solved the problem. Awesome service from Polo and the company. I highly recommend them.”

But u can just take the products somewhere else to install. I love this place and highly recommend”

“I purchased a new speed queen for our elderly parents. Theirs was not working anymore and had to be replaced immediately. Samantha was very patient and helped us by scrolling in her computer in search of our perfect machine and she did. The perfect size and functionality. Easy to understand and straightforward instructions. Jose the gentleman that came to install the machine was very professional and was very respectful to my 88 year old retired(kinda) mechanic father, who was very interested in watching Jose install the machine. “Very nice staff member Dave. Warm, friendly, no pressure, and gave us space. He was attentive, and made us feel like family. We honestly would have purchased from him, but the store had very limited stock. Many of the models/options on display were not in fact available. The hand full that were available were not the best rated by consumer reports/the internet. They do next day delivery for free, but you have to complete the sale before 3pm the day before. There is $40 hail away fee for your old appliance. Pretty nice space, plenty of parking. We ended up going with Costco (free delivery and haul away) with purchase; but two days before delivery. Largely went with Costco because they had the better models in stock. Props to Dave. Great guy! Sorry the inventory was too low to close the sale on a desired model.”

I talked to Brian which was a pleasure to do business with since the very beginning, I striked a huge deal on this set and including 35mile delivery to me, I went in person and lemme tell you it was worth the drive! You’ll be amazed at their selection and willingness to negotiate. They also haul and install for a small fee! I will recommend this place to anyone who asks me about appliances or if I ever need anymore stuff! Can’t wait til their El Monte location gets more stuff in! Come here don’t think about it!”
