“Melessia, Home Depot Assistant Manager at 1919 Wells Road, Orange Park, FL 32073 helped us last night 12/29/23 at 8:05pm. She was the closing manager and we were there to buy some clearance items that she helped us with. The Issue was that they were the last 2 rocking chairs in the garden department but they had mold all over them and they were broken. She marked them down since they needed to be repaired and repainted which made it a value for us. I figured we could repair them and sand and repaint them. The store was closing at 9am and we were not sure if we would be able to fit both of them in our car. Melessia offered to meet us after 9pm so we could pick up the 2nd chair if they both didn't fit. She was such a pleasure to deal with and has excellent customer service skills! We just wanted to let you know that we appreciate her! We were able to fit both chairs in our car after all!”

“Who hired Andres? You have a keen eye for talent. Please fill your store with more like him. He crossed paths with me at the entrance. I had a mulch exchange which I'd purchased the wrong color. The initial contact, the usual not so friendly front end customer service you don't have your receipt...blah blah...never mind that I spend thousands of dollars at this store chain yearly. Never mind that not only was I replacing with a correct color but purchasing more bags, but ok ladies, I have a broken rib and no strength to care so I will allow you to be condescending and feel important, just give me my mulch. I still have Andres. He hauled the cart with the wrong color bags to the garden, loaded now 10 bags of the right color, plus two bags of GroMulch and was ever so happy to do so. Andres stayed with me through check out and loaded my car ever so careful...and just a nice guy. "Ma'am, I love my job" The attitude amazing...the skills...amazing. Management keep an eye on this man and give him what he deserves. Don't lose him and hire more like him. To loyal Home Depot customers that read this review ask for him when you come in and commend him for doing a great job. They don't get paid enough for their hard work. To the management...hire more employees that care just like Andre.”

“I bought my LG washer and dryer from Team SoCal in 2019. Great experience and price at time of purchase. The washer was throwing up an error code. I was unable to fix despite troubleshooting and changing parts on my own. I called Team SoCal. They sent Polo, the technician, and he thoroughly and patiently solved the problem. Awesome service from Polo and the company. I highly recommend them.”

“The best place for Korean cookware and home goods. Kim's is a staple of koreatown and has been around for so long. I recently came by to check out their rice cookers. There are lots of employees here so it's very easy to find someone to help you. I was recommended a Cuchen rice and pressure cooker and it was on sale. The prices here are very competitive. I also purchased a few glass food containers as they always have the best selection here. They have everything you need for your home and kitchen!”

“We needed some new bathroom fixtures for tub and sink. I decided to call, send someone some pics of what we had and let them do the work and find something similar. Aminata answered that call and went above and beyond! She found options that were similar as a good starting point. She then walked us around the showroom and we found that we liked other styles. She went with the flow and helped find fixtures that would work with our setup - 4 hole vs 5 hole Roman tub. It's not cheap and neither was our first set. Hopefully this one lasts as long as the first set.”

“This review is for heat pump and air handler installation. I called on a Wednesday morning after our air handler stopped working on a cold night. I went with their advice of replacing my entire system since it was 10 years old and not worth fixing. They came out three days later on a Saturday to remove the old and install the new system despite the cold icy weather. They worked a good 12 hours to make sure everything was set up and running properly. They were very polite and spent a good deal of time explaining everything I needed to know. Overall I was very happy and impressed with my experience with 4 Service Pros and all the technicians we worked with.”

“Gustavo is the best he takes care of me so well. On the other hand today I got the worst customer service that I was about to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I wont take my business somewhere else is because of Gustavo and how he has treated me. Gustavo even remembered my last name and what I ordered. Ferguson better thank Gustavo for saving them customer/business. Sergio should go thru a customer service training course in my opinion. As a business owner myself I would never allow my employees to treat any customer as I was treated especially after spending thousands of dollars with ferguson in the past.”

“I purchased a new speed queen for our elderly parents. Theirs was not working anymore and had to be replaced immediately. Samantha was very patient and helped us by scrolling in her computer in search of our perfect machine and she did. The perfect size and functionality. Easy to understand and straightforward instructions. Jose the gentleman that came to install the machine was very professional and was very respectful to my 88 year old retired(kinda) mechanic father, who was very interested in watching Jose install the machine. “I'm so surprised that blue air has no reviews because we purchased an icemaker for a business that was leaking and normally a company, in our vent experience with other companies, we at times dealt with sweat the customer (us) - or try fix in the unit first with perhaps failed attempts and then we're down in this case our ice machine without any ice. We called and the tech came out the same day to assess the machine and the next day they just gave us a new machine installed it very professionally took the old one away. No hassle no haggling no this or that no finger-pointing that I was by looking forward to or would normally get from another company. (Apology but im somewhat effected from past experience with companies backing their product). So refreshing and super appreciated by us we will definitely use them again and would recommend them for sure to anyone.”

“I would recommend very highly so I rated five stars. Very fair prices for what they deliver even during shortages and other problems like the pandemic and its continuing issues. My roomates do not respect the non smoking laws for the most part (a lot do but the ones that dont dont) they are new jersey minded I guess, and my consult worked out good. Have a very small unit and the smokers are mainly below deck so when it comes in being able to sit in the atem is helpful. Only downside is they dont care and I care about them which iq cant do too much about. Great prices also.”

“I must give 5 stars to the customer service we got in this Home Depot by Frank, the guy in the doors department. It was very polite and helpful. He gave my husband all the information he needed on the security doors that he needed to order. We went to the Home Depot in Downey and the one in Cerritos, Terrible customer service, we waited for half an hour on each of these stores for someone to help us, but no one showed up, when we arrived at this store , my husband ask a young guy for help and right away he called the person in charge of the doors , so Frank came like in 3 minutes, open his computer, looked for prices and dates for the special orders ?”
