“The pharmacists and pharm techs here are incredibly nice, and I've been coming here long enough that most of them recognize me and know my name; they get 5 stars. However, I was *really* unhappy with the store hours already, and now they're changing them again; I work pretty insane hours just to like, survive long enough to take my meds (and for some reason none of them are eligible for delivery), so getting to the store to pick them up was already really difficult. Now their hours are being screwed with (again), meaning even less time to work with to pick them up. It's clearly corporate being cheap and not wanting to allocate enough hours to adequately staff the pharmacy.”
“I was looking for tires for my car went to the Costco in Glendora, where the service man was very unkind to Costco Montclair and had the most amazing service. The gentleman at the register was very helpful and was very kind and caring to every person that walked in even some that came in with dumb questions he still Was very polite his name was Nate”

“So this kind lady help me out with the checkout line and get faster and I was able to buy my items whatever I needed most of the time I get medicine or you know deodorant or even stuff for the shaving so there's some convenient things here you can get and most of them are okay prices but you just try to save up with your card so you can use the discounts but their customer service has gotten better most of the time it wasn't but then as the years went on it's gotten better!”

“Everytime I call they are always so helpful and answer all my questions literally all the different girls I’ve spoken to are beyond willing to help me . They never seem annoyed or rushed . I’ve spoken to other pharmacies within their branch and honestly Montclair is the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever dealt with . They even deliver to your house .won’t be going no where else”
