I've had this vision in my head so I was on the hunt for a Moulding company that offered personal and customized service. When I walked into the Art of Moulding store located in Burbank I exhaled. Utopia! Charming with a boutique vibe and Jourdan could not have been kinder as we shared artistic ideas. He got it immediately as I was deciding to either keep the Moulding white or paint it. Bold white it was. I told him I would have to circle back when my remodeling was done. No problem. Art of Moulding provides a complete team in house which means Jourdan sets up a consultation with Stephanie and then we book the crew. Jourdan is terrific. Easy Breezy. I am thrilled. I then meet Stephanie who has traveled from OC all the way to me. On time and greets me with a smile with her Moulding design samples & wheely tape measure. She is a total sweetheart, artistic and understands exactly what I want. I knew that this was going to be amazing. She takes videos for her company/crew, measures and calculates the cost as we decide on the biggest boldest design. I am very excited. She is extremely good at her job and so nice. Both Stephanie and Marie who worked with us as well are both just lovely and kind gals. Stephanie came out a second time so we could add some more Moulding to the kitchen tray ceiling. They are in high demand but were able to fit me in quickly. Thank you! The Crew!! Alex and Robin. LOVE!! First they come in and set up their machinery which is quite impressive in my garage. Everything was laid out like clockwork, very neat and tidy with great respect shown for your home. They are truly magicians the way they came in and poof! The beautiful carpentry and transformation took place so quickly. Alex is a true Artisan and a very gifted craftsman. He is very serious about his work as it requires a ton of math and several templates to get the difficult corners right. It is not easy but he made it look like a breeze. He is intelligent and exceptionally hard working. We created design solutions to a problem we had with a beam that turned out even better. He has both the architectural and artist eye combined, There is a tremendous amount of preparation that goes into Moulding and Alex was on top of every detail. We laughed a lot and I was so impressed with work ethic. I am so honored to have his creative skills live on in my home. And Robin! The kindest young man who is also a very talented craftsman. He along with Alex painted, sawed, glued, measured and caulked everything to perfection. HIs final touches on the Moulding made it special. I valued his artistic input as well as I respect his opinion and he was very helpful in aiding us to make important choices. Robin has a keen eye and he is exceedingly hardworking and polite. His energy is so joyful and I am happy that his talent will live on in my home. It was a pleasure. They also did the final paint touch ups and cleaning. Alex and Robin are way more than installers - their craftsmanship will remain forever as they make their mark on the world. Everyone has said that it is spectacular and that the workmanship is first rate. It looks like icing on a cake. I just love it! I was so overwhelmed with gratitude when our last day arrived that tears were shed when they left. The Dream Team. God bless you all. I will always think of you fondly and miss you. “I needed a bathroom remodel. The representative came by and educated me on the process and materials. He offered discounts and financing options ( 2 years with no interest). I got a through class on the demolition and build of the project, with estimated start and finish windows. It was very very informative.”

“We were having an issue with our gas fireplace insert not firing up when called on. They sent Justo & Nate to inspect for repair. They quickly diagnosed the problem! It was just a bent safety switch contact that gets depressed when you slide the damper to fully open. (I didn't know it existed) The repair was completed in less than 5 minutes, at no additional cost over their minimum service/inspection fee. Needless to say we were 100% happy with their knowledge and the outcome. If need be, I wouldn't hesitate calling them back for repair. Thank you, Justo & Nate”

This place had more selection than Home Depot and found exactly what I needed. I will definitely be returning back.”

“I usually shop at the other orange big box store but my friend needed me to help her pick up a huge rug, plus I need some keys made. The rugs she bought was discounted 70% off. While I was there, I also found a large patio dining table at a gigantic discount. I was able to walk to the front to get a shopping cart to load up the dining table, Dave from Garden went to the garden section to get me the cart and helped me load the huge dining table and help me pushed it to the cashier. My friend was assisted by Yolanda from customer service and Drew and they were very helpful and understand. Drew even helped me load the gigantic dining table into the back of my SUV. What I've noticed is the orange big box store is catered to professional contractors and construction so they rarely have discounts whereas Lowe's is focus on the DIY'ers and regular consumers so they have to provide better customer service. And my experience is this Lowe's in particular has a get team. You'll be sure I'll be shopping here more often.”

“I wanted to write and give much thanks for the on duty manager Fernando as I tried to order a tool online with my gift card and when I scratched the part that hides the numbers the last few numbers of the card number as well as the last two numbers of the pin were not there. The store is not able to resolve this issue due to policy but Fernando provided me with all the needed information that I need to call into the gift card department tomorrow morning. Fernando has excellent customer service skills and I really felt like he likes what he is doing. If you ever have any issues that you need to address I would ask for Fernando if he is the manager on duty.”
