Thanks Alberto. .Linda Amason ... I loaded my own toilet at Home Depot and was told to cut my own trim ... Dont go there anymore”

Darlene looked in the system and found it had been used already. She found more info, it showed it had been used a few weeks after it was emailed to us. “We were having an issue with our gas fireplace insert not firing up when called on. They sent Justo & Nate to inspect for repair. They quickly diagnosed the problem! It was just a bent safety switch contact that gets depressed when you slide the damper to fully open. (I didn't know it existed) The repair was completed in less than 5 minutes, at no additional cost over their minimum service/inspection fee. Needless to say we were 100% happy with their knowledge and the outcome. If need be, I wouldn't hesitate calling them back for repair. Thank you, Justo & Nate”

“I wanted to write and give much thanks for the on duty manager Fernando as I tried to order a tool online with my gift card and when I scratched the part that hides the numbers the last few numbers of the card number as well as the last two numbers of the pin were not there. The store is not able to resolve this issue due to policy but Fernando provided me with all the needed information that I need to call into the gift card department tomorrow morning. Fernando has excellent customer service skills and I really felt like he likes what he is doing. If you ever have any issues that you need to address I would ask for Fernando if he is the manager on duty.”

“I usually shop at the other orange big box store but my friend needed me to help her pick up a huge rug, plus I need some keys made. The rugs she bought was discounted 70% off. While I was there, I also found a large patio dining table at a gigantic discount. I was able to walk to the front to get a shopping cart to load up the dining table, Dave from Garden went to the garden section to get me the cart and helped me load the huge dining table and help me pushed it to the cashier. My friend was assisted by Yolanda from customer service and Drew and they were very helpful and understand. Drew even helped me load the gigantic dining table into the back of my SUV. What I've noticed is the orange big box store is catered to professional contractors and construction so they rarely have discounts whereas Lowe's is focus on the DIY'ers and regular consumers so they have to provide better customer service. And my experience is this Lowe's in particular has a get team. You'll be sure I'll be shopping here more often.”
