Right away when I walked into the store, a young man asked if I needed help and I said I needed to do a return and he literally complained aloud and made it seem like I was such a burden. It made me feel horrible and he was rude the entire time. He had such a bad attitude about every little thing that he had to do.

There was a young gentleman working there. He was so nice and helpful, but the lady who showed me where the fitting room was at was very rude and had a horrible attitude. She was bothered. I’m not sure why, especially with a customer who is super chill and friendly.

“Manager” Yesenia was super rude and snobby. Took my bag from me after telling her I just was doing a return, she began to inspect the shirt in the middle of the store refusing to take the return back….
