“I've always wanted to go to Spencer's but I was never allowed in my teens. My husband and I went recently... and I love it.I thought it was going to have an awkward atmosphere like Hot Topic usually does, but everyone was super chill and friendly.What I am about to say may upset you, but I don't mean it to. “I visited Express yesterday to look for a law school graduation dress, and had been having trouble finding any store with classic, graduation-style dresses. Immediately as my mom and I entered the store, Manny greeted us and asked us if he could help us look for anything in particular. He asked a few questions such as the venue, what style I was looking for, and whether the dress would be worn under robes. Manny then showed us several beautiful dresses and a few accessories that complemented them so well. Although the dresses weren't what I would have ever considered trying on or would think even look good on me, all the dresses were so gorgeous and absolutely chic and perfect for graduation. I found a beautiful dress for graduation, and it's 100% thanks to Manny! He's an amazing asset to this company and I can't recommend him enough!”

“I had a barcode tag missing from a pair of pants I was returning but I appreciate the manager making an exception and still letting me make the return. I would have had to drive back home, look for it, then drive all the way back again. From past visits, the staff has always been helpful, so I haven't had issues here. This is one of the closer locations to me without having to head to the OC, so I appreciate this location.”

Some of the random clothing items i randomly checked for prices was $$$ but it's understandable. Most stores like this you have an employee that tries to be a jr compliance officer. Not here.
