“I found Urban Florists after a quick search and discovered they would be open early enough on a Saturday to pick up flowers. That Saturday was my wedding day and I wanted to surprise my now-wife with flowers while she was getting ready. I wanted to send her something like a dozen white roses. Cheesy, but what can I say. I talked to Urban Florists and told them what I was thinking and my budget. The day of the wedding, I got a call from them saying it would be about a half hour later, but that’s because they were making sure they had the best flowers they could find. I’ll admit, I was a little annoyed, but I said I would make it work. I would like to say I am sorry for the attitude and thank you Urban Florists! I didn’t see the flowers until after the wedding and oh my god. The arrangement they made was incredible. A huge arrangement of white roses, white chrysanthemum, baby’s breath, and greenery. That was on October 5th and today is October 15th. The flowers are just now drooping. Thank you Urban Florists for making our special day more special.”

The shop was also kind enough to stay open later for me to pick up the arrangement after closing hours. So very grateful for their flexibility and attention to detail!”

“What an amazing flower shop! Philippe was so helpful and kind! He helped us find all the things we would need with doing our own wedding bouquets. The flowers were all put together and cleaned for pick up the next day. Everything was all together when I arrived the next day for pick up when I realized we needed some more flowers, a flower girl basket, and misc stuff. Phillippe and the kind woman who was also there came to my rescue! When I went to pay, the prices were so unbelievably fair. I was so thankful to have found this place and grateful to have met Phillippe! It's so rare now a days to find someone with a big heart!”

“We had an employee who unfortunately suffered a bad car accident. We sent her flowers and we were notified of the delay in delivery due to her current medical status. They promised us they would call on a daily basis until the flowers were able to be delivered and a week and a half later our employee was finally able to be more stable and the flowers were immediatly delivered. We truly appreciate their effor to ensure the flowers were eventually delivered when appropriate. True ownership and dedicated service!”
“Beautiful arrangements and variety. Price is very fair. On one visit, I chose an arrangement, and I wanted to add red roses. The young woman augmented an already stunning piece at a fair price. I tipped her well to show appreciation. I didn't wait too long and she was happy to do it despite the shop already having about four browsing customers.”
