“Yesterday my lifelong friend was having a challenging situation, and I just wanted to send a little "pick-me-up" to her. I googled flower shops in Ontario that were close to her home and I found Rogers. I checked the website which had very beautiful floral arrangements, but I wanted a peace lily but I didn't see one. I called Rogers and spoke to Marian. I explained what I was looking for and she sent me a picture of an absolutely beautiful, very full and healthy looking peace lily. My friend loves sunflowers so I asked her if she could put a few of them in there too. Marian sent me pictures of everything. I wanted the plant in a pot and not a basket. Her finished product was gorgeous. She also put a bright yellow ribbon on the pot that matched the sunflowers. This was about 12 noon, and she had it delivered before 3:00!! My friend was simply overwhelmed!! It completely lifted her spirits!! She just called me and said when she woke up and saw the sun shining on the plant and flowers it made her heart very happy!! “Called if they had sun flowers most shops didn’t even answer and they not only answered but has sunflowers and price over phone. Also sold single sunflowers while others only in bouquets. I bought it and was walking out and they called me back to make it look pretty trim it wrap it and even put a little bee on it for free. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.”
