I was greeted by a young gentleman, German, who went above and beyond to ensure my first rental process was smooth and efficient. The Tesla Model 3 that I rented out was well-clean and fully charged. It showed that the company took their time in maintaining its vehicles.

“Darren in returns is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Initially, when I was renting a car from Alamo I requested a Rav 4. Reshika worked with Darren to find the car- and I know they out in so much effort as stock was dwindling. He got a return ready in a short time and i drove off.
15 min later I realized I was not comfortable in the rav 4. If it would have been a single day rental I would have grin and bear ? it all the way, but this was a week long rental and I didn’t want to be miserable.
Darren immediately recognized the car on my return in 15 min and was SO understanding and kind.
I ended up renting an Audi Q 4 Quattro for a substantial amount more but it was comfortable and a good way to test if Audi might be a next lease for me.
Anyway- on return. Darren greeted me and remembered me. That’s always nice. And he was just so personable and we talked about different model cars for a moment as I explained I’m in the market for a car but haven’t settled.
He’s so knowledgeable about cars, he’s super friendly and kind to engage with. Just genuinely a super nice person. So grateful for the interaction-

“Checkout was fine. I reserved a full-size SUV and because there were none, I was upgraded to the next class of vehicle for free. When I returned the vehicle, there was no one at the drop off location so I left my keys in the drop box. Because it wasn't checked in for 5 hours or so after I dropped it off, I was charged for an additional day vs just the couple of hours it might have been if someone was present to check me in. This is the policy unfortunately.”

“1st-time renter and the person who assisted patiently guided and waited for me to produce the documents they required, I am following Dave Ramsey's Financial Advice (I got rid of credit cards) so I used a debit card. I am blessed to drive a new Nissan Rogue that friendly Jonathan handed and made sure to be cleaned interior and exterior, worth a few minutes' wait. Upon return, I made sure I removed all my belongings, car seat, etc., passed by Costco to fill the gas, I was immediately tended to by the same efficient staff, I was also asked if I needed a ride, to my relief I was fumbling on my Uber App, I was not getting data, a couple of seconds I was escorted into a minivan and friendly Matt drove me home safely, thank you for a wonderful experience Enterprise Rent-a-Car of Chino Hills, keep up the good work! They take good care of people courteously, I have observed these with each of the staff that has attended to their other customers while I have waited in their office.”

“The new management at Avis has been exceptional. Sam, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our rental experience was top-notch. Not only were we upgraded to a fully equipped Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid from small suv we booked, Sam also credited us some gas money for returning the car with slightly more fuel than before. Highly recommended!”

“Is not colocated at the terminals, they do have shuttles that run almost constantly or it’s a 30min walk from terminal 2. The people at the lot were very nice and helpful and definitely deserve all the stars however not advertising it’s a shuttle ride from either terminal is annoying.”
